To put it short, front desk associate, Joslyn is exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She’s incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely attentive to every detail—nothing slips through the cracks with her at the front desk. From beginning to end I was met with excellent and knowledgeable service from the entire staff to the operating dentist. Dr. Pei took the time to explain to me how to do preventative maintenance to better my oral health, which alleviated a lot of my worries surrounding my gum health. Joslyn and Angie also took the time to make sure I was comfortable, which is very much appreciated if you get nervous in medical offices like I do :) Would definitely recommend this office and its team.

I am sure they will delete this, but please avoid this dental practice. This was hands down the worst dental office I have ever been too. They just want your money and the staff from the front all the way to the back are the worst. They tried to tell me at my initial visit that I had the worst gum disease they had ever seen. They wanted me to get a teeth cleaning every three months. They wanted me to have a gum graph because they thought the problem was so bad. Well I went and got a second opinion and that dentist office never once mentioned gum disease. So either I was miraculously cured through osmosis or Empire dental was simply lying to get me to spend money that I did not need to spend. They also have a policy that they will withhold cleanings unless you get x-rays every six months. You will also never have the same dental hygienist because everyone they hire realizes that they made a huge mistake working here. The dentists here will also tell you the most confusing slash contradicting statements you will ever here. I was told at one visit your gums slightly bleed, oh that's bad. Then at my next cleaning they told me that my gums don't bleed enough and that's bad as well. Pick a lane. And lastly don't bother showing up on time, they will make you wait between 30-40 minutes until they see you. Avoid this place like the plague.

Angie the tech and Susanna was great. I was in major pain with needing two broken teeth extracted and they got to it fast, affordable and pain was gone later that day. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

They made what is usually an anxiety-inducing appointment a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be returning!
