Excellent dental practice with a team that truly cares. Denise was instrumental in keeping everything on track and ensuring I received the care I needed. She has a warm, welcoming spirit and a clear sense of purpose in helping others. Like any healthcare experience, there were a few challenges along the way. What set this team apart was their commitment to resolving them. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and focus on solutions are what elevate them from good to exceptional. The dental professional who performed my cleaning was outstanding, and the quality of care was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Denise who works the front desk and honestly all throughout the establishment was great, she went out of her way for me and ensured I was comfortable. Everyone was patient and caring with me as someone who has SO much anxiety around the dentist, the drill, and being in one place for hours. I did not get her name but the woman who does the cleaning was so patient and kind to me. I will have to look at other options on some of my work due to the American healthcare system and the roll everyone has to play in that but they were wonderful to me.

My experience here was excellent! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles from everyone. The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. There was little to no wait, making the whole visit smooth and stress feee. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. Thank you to the entire staff

I walked out before my treatment even started due to a very poor experience. The staff had very negative, bitter energy and clearly seemed like they did not want to be there. No one responded when I said hello when I walked in, including Ashley front desk. When I was seated, the doctor came over with Ashley and mentioned there was a pricing error. When I asked for clarification, Ashley responded rudely and dismissively with, “We went over this already.” The doctor (Kourey) was kind and professional, but I was still left waiting for a very long time without updates or communication. Overall, the lack of basic respect, communication, and professionalism made me uncomfortable enough to leave before treatment. They also began speaking among themselves about dental tools not working properly and needing to manually adjust during the procedure, which added to my discomfort and made me uneasy about continuing treatment. Horrible Horrible experience and waist of time. Ashley and staff please find another profession that makes you happy.

Came in the super nervous and the front desk girl Ashley was very helpful and had ALOT of patience with me and my brain fog.the staff and the dr were kind and looked liked they loved what they do. The girl Sylvia took my X-rays and helped me to relax bc I have a gag reflex. Big thank you to the team. STAY AWESOME 🦷🥰
