I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brenn and the entire team! I needed to get my braces done within a very short timeframe before my move, and Dr. Brenn made it happen. I originally came in just to close the gaps between my teeth, but the treatment ended up improving much more than just my smile. The corrections he made have even made breathing easier. What I expected to be a cosmetic treatment turned into a truly life-changing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. They made every visit pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care. My brother was so happy with his results that he referred me here, and now I completely understand why!

I recently completed a short course of Invisalign treatment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. I had plenty of questions throughout the process, and the entire team was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care. You won't be disappointed!

Dr. Brenn is top notch in our book. We were at another local orthodontist.In the burbank area, who is considered to be very good. About about halfway through my childs procedures.We felt that it wasn't going that well and shopped around. Our first consultation with Dr. Brenn was eye opening. He explain in quick detail about what the problems were in our child's mouth. Then, went on to explain how he would correct it and that it wouldn't take long. He even went as far as to say to us, "weather its me or someone else you have to get all of this redone or youre going to have problems". In less than 8 months even was "fixed". And now were moving on to the next stage. Another thing? That's great about his practice is all of his hygienists and people that work in the offe are great. They are very easy to get along with. His hygienists always answer all of our questions in detail, and they never act like they're being bothered or don't have time for us.

Sadly I had a horrible experience at this doctor. I came in December of 2024 after a traumatic accident had broken a tooth and my fixed retainer behind my top teeth. I had the fixed retainer for over 15 years without an issue after getting orthodontic treatment as a teen in France. While my tooth got fixed, and the inside of my mouth healed after the accident, my top teeth moved. I had an initial consult with Dr Brenn and I made it very clear that I wanted another permanent retainer like the one I had. They told me no problem. During my consult they also said they would angle my teeth down. After returning home, I emailed them that this was a concern to me, because I didn't want to bite down on my retainer. They called me and reassured me that there would be no problem. During my treatment which laster over a year (much longer than originally planned), I repeatedly reminded them that I wanted the fixed retainer. I also told them that I was experiencing a LOT of jaw pain, which was dismissed as "you must be clenching". When my treatment was finally over, they said there would be no room for the permanent retainer, that I would bite down on it. I reminded them of their initial promise and my old email, and they reluctantly said that they would try, but I should probably go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else and got a permanent Memotain retainer installed. While getting scanned at this other doctor, I finally realized that the jaw pain I was experiencing was due to the way Dr Brenn ALTERED MY BITE! They changed my bite by angling my top teeth down so my bottom teeth hit my top teeth in two places, causing PERMANENT PAIN! I will eventually have to get another orthodontic treatment to fix the damage they did! I emailed them with all this information, asking for a partial refund, considering I had to pay a retainer somewhere else, and will have to get another treatment later if I want to ease the pain. 3 weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying they won't refund me. They are horrible doctors! They will tell you what you want to hear then backtrack later. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and are actually negligent and unprofessional. They are like a factory, with no personalized treatment, you will be seen one by one like on an assembly line. The office and equipments are outdated, the doctor is rude and dismissive. I absolutely regret getting my treatment done here, and I am warning everyone who is thinking of going there, don't do it!

Both of my kids have Invisalign through Brenn Orthodontics and we’ve had a great experience. The team is kind, professional, and always makes my kids feel comfortable. Everything is well organized and the results have been amazing. Highly recommend!
