Berkeley Orthodontics: Telegraph Ave Office

I paid the treatment in FULL and was brushed off as a client, completely.. I’m on my last tray and am very disappointed in results. My treatment was considered “mild” and I just left a different office for a consult to confirm my experience and was in fact neglected as a patient, my treatment was done half fast.. I was simply a dollar sign and my concerns weren’t heard/ addressed or even considered. A waist of money.. now I have to start my treatment all over with a different office. Yay for me

I've been coming here since elementary school, and just finished up my orthodontics treatment here as a college undergrad. Super great experience over the years, everyone is always kind and professional, not to mention super organized! Amazing team 🥹 thank you so much!!!

I’m one tray away from “completing” my treatment that was suggested by the dentist… I went and got another opinion from a different location just to find out my bite is misaligned. I brought this up to the dentist and she blamed by baby, she told be this wasn’t something I addressed on the consult and by the second box of treys I addressed this and they placed the attachment KNOWING I couldn’t make changes with the remaining 14 trays I had left. In a summary: attachments were placed ONCE I noticed this issue.. they made it seem they were now addressing it just to find out for them to bring the molars down they have to be rotated.. all the teeth touch so there’s nowhere to bring them down. I was in agony For the remainder of the treatment for ZERO reason. They took my money and didn’t see me as a client. GO ELSEWHERE PLEAEE.

Amazing staff . Friendly . Organized. Dr’s are the best, very commutative . I am a dentist myself and among all the other clinics in the Bay Area I chose them . I highly recommend Berkeley orthodontics . My son’s tx just finished . His teeth looks amazing . I am very thankful for all they did for my son . Special thanks to Dr Paul Kasrovi who is one of the top orthodontist in California. I would give this clinic a 5+++ star if I could Dr Sepi Razavi

As someone who came here to get braces, I had a wonderful experience! The staff were very kind and understanding and always made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. I definitely recommend them!
