From the moment I stepped into the facility, I was greeted with an atmosphere that was both warmly welcoming and professionally sleek. The recent renovations have truly paid off—the office space is absolutely amazing and state-of-the-art. It’s clear that every detail, from the comfortable waiting area to the impeccably clean treatment rooms, was designed with the patient's comfort in mind. But the beautiful office is just the setting for the true gem: the exceptional customer-oriented service. This is especially true for my routine visits. Coming in every six months for my cleaning is something I actually look forward to! The hygienists are incredibly attentive, gentle, and thorough. They don't just rush through the motions; they take the time to meticulously clean every surface and provide personalized tips for at-home care, ensuring a comfortable cleaning that leaves your teeth feeling pristine. Dr. K is, without a doubt, the absolute best in the business. Their professionalism is matched only by their genuine attentiveness. They always take a moment to review the status of my dental health and explain things clearly. When it comes to trusting someone with the health and appearance of your smile, look no further. The consistency of their high-quality care, especially for those crucial six-month maintenance appointments, is unmatched. It's no wonder this practice has been rated the best in Bakersfield multiple years in a row! I simply can't recommend Dr. K and their incredible team enough. They have earned a patient for life!

Strongly caution anyone considering this office. I was given an estimate of $0 out of pocket after insurance for a few cavities. After the procedure, I received a bill for $1,200. When I contacted them about the original written estimate showing $0 due, the office manager said the estimate was just that, an estimate, and refused to honor it or change it in any way. I can understand an estimate being a few hundred dollars off; let's even be gracious and say $500 off, but it is grossly negligent for a billing department to estimate a bill of $0 and then send me such a ridiculous bill. This appears to be a classic bait-and-switch: give an unrealistically low estimate to get the patient in the chair, then bill thousands after the work is irreversible. The dishonest billing practices make it impossible to recommend this dentist to anyone. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else! Update: In reply to the owner's response: Thank you for your reply. Two points require correction: 1. You stated that you were willing to work towards a resolution: That did not happen. When I specifically asked your office manager if any portion of the $1,200 bill could be adjusted, discounted, or written off, she stated that no adjustments of any kind were possible. 2. No profanity was used with your staff. The facts remain: your office provided a $0 estimate, and some variance is expected. However, receiving a bill from your office of $1200 is not a small insurance variance.

Overall great experience; felt like a boutique dentistry. All employees were-to friendly to a point of where I questioned if it was fake. But at the end of my visit it felt genuine. I highly recommend this place. I felt I found a new home and they all share one common goal and that’s to make everyone welcome. I was without a dentist since eppy Herrera retired. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone feeling out of place with their current dentist.

10/10 wish I would of made the switch sooner but I couldn’t because I needed weekend appointments. This office from start to finish was amazing. Staff and Dentist were great and friendly. He truly seems like he knows what he’s doing and cares to get your hygiene in good health. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to go to this office.

Dr Rivera is the kindest, most gentle dentist. The staff is extremely helpful and Lynn is heaven sent.
