Dr. Chen is incredibly professional, caring, and truly the best in the field! We’ve had four treatments with him, starting with myself and then three of my children. I really appreciate his thoughtful approach to explaining the options and guiding us through decisions with clear explanations and helpful illustrations. His staff are also friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Chen and his team have become like family to us. It’s been 15 years since we first came to Dr. Chen’s office, and we’ve never looked elsewhere for our orthodontic needs.

Dr. Chen and his staff are incredible. I’m amazed at how fast my daughter’s teeth moved into place during treatment. Dr Chen’s plan for her was smart and he took great care to answer questions we had along the way. The ladies at the front desk always remember who we are when we walk in and take good care of us. I also really appreciate their interest free payment plan that allowed us to have her entire treatment paid off by the date she got her braces off.
