As an adult getting braces for the first time, I was honestly embarrassed walking into my first appointment. That feeling disappeared quickly thanks to the friendly staff and supportive environment. Nobody made me feel awkward, and the improvements I've seen so far have made the decision worthwhile.

Our experience started out positive, but unfortunately became very difficult after the office relocated shortly after my son began treatment. We originally chose this orthodontist because the office location was accessible for our family. After the move, appointments became over a 30 minute drive each way, and at the time we did not even have reliable transportation or nearby bus access. When I asked whether there were any options to transfer care due to the hardship created by the relocation, we were essentially told we would have to start over financially elsewhere because they had already started treatment. That left us feeling stuck. Our family later went through a serious personal crisis that caused a long interruption in appointments. Once we were finally able to get my son back into the office, I was hoping the focus would be on getting his treatment back on track and making sure his teeth and braces were okay after months without care. Instead, the visit immediately turned into a billing issue, and he was turned away over $185. What disappointed me most was the lack of compassion and flexibility throughout the situation. I understand businesses have policies and financial obligations, but orthodontic treatment for a child is not something families can simply pause without consequences. At this point, I’m mainly disappointed because I feel my son lost valuable treatment time that could have potentially been avoided if there had been more willingness to work with us when the office relocation first happened. I truly hope the office reflects on how situations like this are handled for families facing transportation issues or personal crises. I would still welcome a conversation if they genuinely want to make things right. Update: After attempting to address these concerns and request records so we could explore transferring care closer to home, we received a formal notice terminating my son from treatment. It is disappointing to reach this outcome after previously raising concerns for years about the hardship created by the office relocation and the difficulty accessing ongoing care. At the end of the day, my priority has always been making sure my son is able to consistently receive treatment and successfully complete his orthodontic care. I just wish the office had offered more flexibility and collaboration before ending services on my teenage son shortly after a personal family crisis.

This was my son first time here. The staff treated us with kindness and made us feel comfortable. They were friendly and had a positive attitude. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely recommend to come here .

My experience was excellent. I’m in my sixties and have never been happy with teeth and decided to talk to Dr. Montano. He was honest about my treatment and I went into an invisalign which was perfect. The office was friendly and helpful. I love my new smile! Thank you Dr. Montano
