I’ve been coming to this dental office for about 5 years, and I’ve always had a good experience with the staff. I loved this office, I got along with everyone and never really had any issues. Unfortunately, things started to change after Mike, the previous manager, left. Since then, the front desk experience has noticeably gone downhill. The biggest issue has been with Erika, one of the newer front desk employees. This was not the first time she has been rude or dismissive toward me. She is a walking red flag! I’ve also personally heard her speak rudely to other patients, which is concerning to me. Her attitude comes across as unprofessional and she often seems unwilling to listen, There have also been situations where she didn’t seem knowledgeable. Since Erika started working there, the overall atmosphere at the front desk has felt completely different. What used to be a welcoming and friendly experience now often feels uncomfortable. I want to say thank you all the staff that has always been very nice and pleasant, and I appreciate their kindness. I’ve been a patient here for five years, so it’s disappointing to see the front desk change so much. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism when they walk into the office and not dollar signs.

0-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience I would absolutely NOT recommend this dental office after what my brother-in-law experienced with Dr. Park. He came in needing an extraction because the tooth was severely infected. After the procedure, he was in an unbelievable amount of pain. He was literally shaking, crying, and unable to properly speak because of how much pain he was in. As his family, it was extremely upsetting to watch him leave the office in that condition. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the extraction was performed right around closing time. The entire situation felt rushed, as if getting the procedure done before closing was more important than making sure the patient was comfortable and properly cared for afterward. I am currently studying dental assisting, and even as a student, I understand that patient comfort, proper communication, and appropriate post-operative care are extremely important. A patient should never feel like they are being rushed through a procedure simply because the office is about to close. Dr. Park and the staff should seriously reconsider how they handle patients who are already dealing with severe infection and pain. If a patient is visibly trembling, crying, and suffering that badly after an extraction, they deserve compassion, attention, and clear instructions—not to simply be sent home feeling like they were an inconvenience. This was not just disappointing; it was genuinely upsetting to witness. Patients are people, not appointments that need to be finished before closing time. I hope you take this review and reconsider coming here, I recommend Lucero Dental a staff that the best of the best.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! The staff was super helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. They made me feel really comfortable and at ease the entire time, which I truly appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or nervous. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about their patients!

My mom was a new patient here, everything went great with the back office, the assistants were so sweet and gentle (. Jennifer L and Jenny B). but the only reason why I am giving a low review is because there was a lady in front desk, Erika. I cannot make this up, worst front desk experience. She is really rude and extremely pushy, she is the reason why I can not come back, and if I do come back with my mom. I will make sure she doesn't assist me. She is so aggressive and has no sympathy for us as the patients. I was so close to request someone different to assist me with insurance questions but I thought it was necessary that I said she is very rude. She gave me an attitude because I wasn't sure on going on with treatment. I don't want other people coming in and being surpised they're being given an attitude.

First time visit and great experience! Friendly and helpful staff and doctor was very informative and thorough with my first exam. Highly recommend! Hygienist Tien was the best and took time to explain all his recommendations loved him!
