We had an amazing experience with Dr. Weaver at Dr. Jaw office on 5th. Always great and personable service, very welcoming vibes all around! Our son’s treatment was explained each step of the way. Now onto our next child’s consult for treatment. We highly recommend this office for Peds orthodontist.

Staff is friendly, down side is while my child receives treatment here they gave her products that she is allergic too even though it’s in her file. That’s a big red flag for any parent who’s child has medical allergies. While I understand upselling the Dr wants to question if I want my teeth fixed while my child is mid check. Booked early am appointment and dr still ran 10+ minutes late for appointment. Asked if Dr was behind in patients and they said no. No consideration for others time.

My son has been going here for the past two years and just started his braces journey. The staff have been very kind and worked well with his anxiety.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. JAW, Amy, and the entire staff! Everyone has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our experience. Amy especially went above and beyond to provide extra assistance and made sure we had everything we needed. Her dedication and willingness to help truly stood out. The customer service here is outstanding, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. We always feel welcomed, supported, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. JAW to anyone looking for excellent care and exceptional service. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Love this office. The customer service was great from phone call to consultation. Dr. Colby Weaver and his assistant Megan are awesome. They made the appointment smooth and stress free. This office really cares about the best interest of the patient. So glad our dentist referred us here.
