I can't say enough great things about Dr. JAW, Amy, and the entire staff! Everyone has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our experience. Amy especially went above and beyond to provide extra assistance and made sure we had everything we needed. Her dedication and willingness to help truly stood out. The customer service here is outstanding, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. We always feel welcomed, supported, and well taken care of. Everyone at Dr. Jaw is welcoming and kind! Every time my boys come in they greet us and treat my boys so great. They provide feedback every time they make an adjustment and what the next steps are, so there are no surprises. They're always happy to answer any questions my boys or I may have and are always happy to help when learning how to do something new with their braces. I've told my friends how great the all of the staff is here! One of my friends just brought her son in and he will be getting his process started soon too! I love that they offer many different appointment times that make it easy for working parents. We love Dr. Jaw!
