An Amazing Smile

I’ve had a really good experience here. The staff is professional, welcoming, and makes the entire visit feel comfortable and easy. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and the results truly show in my smile. It’s a place I trust and would confidently recommend to others.

I had such a positive experience here! All of the staff I met with were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They explained everything to me in detail, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions! They were also thorough in their work! I also appreciate that they did not try to upsell services or give any unexpected charges. I had a poor experience at a different dentist in the past who charged me several hundreds of dollars for out-of-pocket services I didn't need, for problems I didn't actually have. But here everything was explained clearly and with no scare tactics. I'm so relieved to have found them and will definitely be staying with this office in the future!

I changed my old dentist after I had multiple bad experiences especially when I needed a tooth extraction. My friend recommended Dr Zena and I don’t regret being a patient of her. She’s very good and listens to the patient, she also provides time for discussing the case and go through different options in details if needed. She’s humble, professional, talented, friendly and always remembers her patients. She cares a lot about her patients and goes above and beyond for them even outside the business hours. Her team follows her lead in their behavior too. I remember Mimi calling us outside the business hours to check after a surgery if we need anything. Although it was Dr Zena’s birthday she ordered my wife prescriptions outside of business hours.

An Amazing Smile truly lives up to its name! The dentist is professional, patient, and very detail oriented, always making sure you feel comfortable and informed. The staff is welcoming, the office is clean and modern, and the whole experience feels personalized rather than rushed. I left not only with a brighter smile but also with complete confidence in their care. Highly recommend!

I had a good impression of this practice on my initial visit, but as the time continued turns out this practice is highly inaccurate with their billing; staff, especially their Office Manager, lacks professionalism and can be very difficult to work with. They inaccurately billed my insurance multiple times, even failed to give me timely receipt in a formal which most insurances/HSA plans require!! It seems impossible to find any or responsible person in this practice who would be willing to work with the patient in addressing their concern. I would strongly recommend to avoid this practice at all costs. This office pushes patients to leave a 5 star review by giving a $15 discount on fluoride. They charge $30 for fluoride but if you leave them a good review they charge you $15. Whereas my son’s dentist charged me under $15 for his fluoride and this too without being forced to leave a 5 star review.
