An Amazing Smile

I was really nervous going into this appointment because it had been years since I’d been to the dentist. I felt anxious, embarrassed, and honestly worried that I’d be judged for how long it had been. Thankfully, that was the complete opposite of my experience here. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. No one made me feel guilty or ashamed, they were encouraging while still being honest about the importance of regular dental care. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, every person I interacted with was patient, professional, and compassionate. They walked me through everything step by step, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated the transparency and how thoroughly they answered my questions. They also helped create a treatment plan that feels manageable and reassuring. Overall, this experience was far better than I could have anticipated, and I’m genuinely relieved to have found a dental office where I feel comfortable coming back!

I went here last year to have a permanent retainer removed before a MRI, but the dentist was unable to get it completely off and I had to go to a different clinic to have the leftover glue removed.I always see a dentist every six months and havent had issues, but when I came here I was told I have four cavities and needed my gums removed or something like that which I doubted right away because the dentist here didnt say anything to me. it was when I was checking out the woman at the desk ran my insurance then went back to talk to the dentist and returns saying now suddenly they need me back asap to fix a bunch of stuff. since then ive seen two different dentists for my regular cleanings/checkups and neither have said I have even one cavity

Rushed dentists shaved half of my tooth. I’ve visited this location twice and each time the dentist was either helping multiple patients with the same gloves at once, or rushing my procedure to move on to the next one. 6/18. After my procedure I had asked the dentist to remove some of the resin that was leftover in my mouth and during that he proceeded to shave half of my front tooth (which didn’t have resin on it) and made a funky arch in it causing it to be much thinner then it was before. My enamel is scratched off and drinking cold beverages is very painful. Everyone in the office at that time saw me crying and insisted that they would follow up with me on Monday, and I’ve never heard anything since. Honestly disappointing
