Dunn Orthodontics

I have been a patient here for 18 months or so for my braces treatment and they are great! I’ve been to two other orthodontists before Dunn and hands down Dunn orthodontists is the best 10/10 highly recommend. They are very caring, understanding of your needs/wants regarding your teeth, and very accommodating. My braces got taken off today and my teeth feel and look great!

I loved my experience with Dunn! Dr. Courtney was so nice and made sure my teeth were perfect. The front desk reps are all so nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect smile.

I was a patient for 10 years without any issues. Then one day one of the nurses (Samantha) was rude to me during my visit and prevented me from getting the treatment I needed. She had an attitude with me that was unnecessary. I brought up the complaint to the office manager (Nicole). The office manager dismissed my complaint, she tried defending the nurse and didn’t even bother to ask my side of the story. I understand that sometimes employees can go rouge and behave in a way thats not up to the business standards. A simple apology would have been enough for me to let the issue go and forget about it. A simple apology would have been enough to keep my business but unfortunately thats not how it went. If I’ve been a patient for 10 years been paying your business thousands of dollars for braces and then a second round of braces and then multiple 250$ retainers per year you’re going to respect me and if you dont I don’t need to give you my business. Plenty of other Orthos out there If someone from the office replies to this review dont believe them its all fake and for show. When I gave them the chance to discuss the issue they disregarded what I had to say.

Dr. Dunn (both Matthew and Courtney) and the entire team made every visit a great experience they’re always friendly, professional, and really take the time to explain everything. My daughters treatment has been smooth, and I’ve seen amazing results thanks to their attention to detail and care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients and their smiles!
