Dr. Dunn (both Matthew and Courtney) and the entire team made every visit a great experience they’re always friendly, professional, and really take the time to explain everything. My daughters treatment has been smooth, and I’ve seen amazing results thanks to their attention to detail and care. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about us as people—not just patients. They went above and beyond to help me when my retainer broke, even though they were not the office that originally treated me. Melissa and Karen made time for me, handled everything quickly, and helped relieve anxiety. All of this with a busy schedule and a smile on their face. On top of that, this office gave my daughter an absolutely amazing experience throughout her full orthodontic treatment. They made her feel comfortable, confident, and excited every step of the way. The care, patience, and encouragement they showed her meant the world to me as a parent. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines such high-quality care with warmth, efficiency, and true kindness—but this team does exactly that.
