Came here to edit my review. I had said great service, but was frustrated by trying to reschedule my daughter's appointment. Within minutes of posting my review I got a call from a supervisor who was able to reschedule my daughter's appointment in just a week. Great service and great response to solving issues. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with this office. Dr. [Name] and her team are truly phenomenal—kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel completely comfortable, which makes all the difference. The whole team works seamlessly, and the positive energy is felt from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!

So happy, just got my braces off today! Dr. Freytag and the entire team, are so friendly and welcoming! They always made me feel comfortable, can you can tell they really care about you and your smile! The office is always clean and I’m going to miss coming as often but I’m soooo happy with my smile! From the moment you walk through the door to the end of your appointment, the ladies of Freytag Orthodontics treat you like royalty. They are quick, efficient, and quick to get you in if any issues arise. My daughter just finished her first phase intervention today and she’s happy with how well her teeth turned out. We will be returning for her second phase in a few years. Dr Freytag will be our forever orthodontist for years to come. Now, it’s my turn!
