I can’t say enough good things about Somos Dental and the amazing team there! Raiane, the manager, Esmeralda, the assistant, and Yesenia at the front desk were all absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me during a big transition in my life. Moving to another state can be stressful enough, and they were so understanding, patient, and compassionate about my situation. They made the entire process so much easier for me and never made me feel like I was a burden. They even went out of their way to fit me in at the last minute so they could change my wires before I left, which I truly appreciated more than they know. What stood out the most was how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was. They handled everything with professionalism, understanding, and a smile. It’s rare to come across a team that truly makes you feel cared for, and they absolutely did that for me. If you’re looking for a dental office where the staff actually listens, cares, and goes the extra mile for their patients, I highly recommend Somos Dental! Raiane, Esmeralda, and Yesenia deserve a huge thank-you for making a stressful transition so much easier. This is definitely the right choice if you want a team that treats you with kindness and makes you feel like you matter! ❤️

Fantastic experience! From the office managers to the dentist, everyone was incredibly accommodating and took care of me the same day. The staff, technicians, and Dr. Bentley were all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 1 year all the way from Laveen where there’s literally one down the street from my house because some of the staff are great and my son loves coming to this one and refuses to go to a different one but there always a rude receptionist with glasses up there that is not friendly at all and always makes a face when I come in and seems annoyed, this is my second encounter with her and she is not friendly at all! I had asked for a print out of my sons remaining balance and when I thanked her for the copy of the paper she didn’t say your welcome or acknowledge me after she handed me the paperwork!, but when another person after me scheduled a follow up appt and said thank you she said you’re welcome to them. HER ATTITUDE IS NOT IT!

Yesterday I had a free consultation and X-ray, fixed my crown, and did more procedures the same day. Amazing experience! Raiane was very helpful and guided me through the whole process.

Went here because of the strong reviews and lower pricing in the valley. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I waited over an hour past my appointment time in an overcrowded lobby with no available seating. Staff, aside from the doctor, were consistently rude and dismissive. At check-in, a photo was taken of me for a “profile” without any explanation or opportunity to consent, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. After my extraction, I was repeatedly pressured into additional procedures I explicitly stated I could not afford, including a bridge and a deep cleaning. When I declined, I was met with aggressive upselling and multiple attempts to push financing options, despite clearly saying I only wanted the extraction and possibly a basic cleaning. What concerned me most was being told I needed a deep cleaning without any periodontal probing or periodontal charting being performed. The diagnosis appeared to be based solely on X-rays, which do not measure gum pocket depth. When I asked for a regular cleaning instead, I was told it “wouldn’t help at all,” which did not feel like an honest or patient-centered response. Additionally, their website advertises nitrous (laughing gas) for patients with anxiety, which was one of the reasons I chose this office. When I asked about it, I was told they do not offer it, again in a dismissive tone. While I understand busy offices can feel rushed, I expect to be treated with basic respect and transparency. That was not my experience here. After paying for the extraction, I left without scheduling any follow-up and will not be returning. I have also requested a copy of my records for a second opinion and have not yet received them. For clarity, I am posting this from a secondary account due to ongoing efforts to obtain my records and to avoid any additional complications during that process. I would not recommend this office.
