Dr. Walker and his entire staff have been professional, friendly, and informative throughout the entire past year. As parents, braces were completely new to us, and they truly walked us through every step of the process with patience and care. One thing that really stood out was the personal sit-down meeting with Dr. Walker at the very beginning. He took the time to explain his recommendations, go over the treatment plan in detail, and answer every question we had. You can tell he’s honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients and their experience. Every visit has been welcoming and smooth, and we’ve always felt comfortable and informed.
