The old saying is you get what you pay for, well in my estimation I received well and above what I paid for in working with this orthodontist. 1. I appreciate the Excellence in dentistry. 2. Wow… I am overwhelmed at the kind young men and women that are working there. There were days I was really feeling down because I recently lost my husband and they don’t know how it warmed my heart at a time I really needed the Kindness that was showed. This professionalism and kindness was consistent throughout the ‘2’ something years I came there for dentistry. 3. Each worker knew what they were doing 4. most of all, his kindness with good customer service. One of my number one beefs about society today. Receiving good customer service. Nothing but positive things to say about the team at Northern Smiles! I came for Invisalign 10 years ago and now my son is a patient. A lot of their staff are the same as when I came for treatment, which speaks volumes to how their business is run. Scheduling/ billing is easy, they are timely with appointments, and I cannot give enough praise about how kind they are and how well they work with kids. My son had dental trauma from a previous office and they explain everything to him so thoroughly and are so friendly he actually looks forward to his appointments now.

My son got his braces today, he was anxious but they were so great and explained step by step. Now he just needs to get use to the feeling of them. He left smiling!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northern Smiles Orthodontics! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles, kindness, and such a positive atmosphere. My daughter was very nervous about her appointment, but every single staff member went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, welcome, and excited to be there. This office is truly designed with kids in mind. They gave her fun prizes, a T-shirt, and even a rewards program where she can earn “cash bucks” for coming to her appointments. Those little touches made such a big difference and helped turn something she was anxious about into something she now looks forward to. What stood out the most was the joy and enthusiasm of the entire team. You can genuinely tell that every person who works there loves what they do and loves caring for their patients. The doctor, assistants, and front office staff were all incredible—kind, patient, encouraging, and full of light. I have never experienced a clinic quite like Northern Smiles. They have created such a cheerful, welcoming environment, and I left feeling so grateful that my daughter is in their care. If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that truly cares about its patients and makes every visit a positive experience, I highly recommend Northern Smiles Orthodontics!

Welcoming every time and greeted as soon as we opened the door. My son was checked and asked a lot during the visit if he was doing okay. He is not afraid of the dentist. Nice location and large tv’s in the back 🤣
