Prattville Pediatric Dentistry & Family Orthodontics

Asked around and did my own research for a great orthodontist for my kid. It was time to get braces and we wanted somewhere that that convenient for us all the way around. Called the Prattville location and got answers to all of my questions and concerns. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. Booking the consultation was a breeze, everything was throughly explained. Needless to say we decided to move forward & a few weeks later daughter got her braces.Clean facility inside and out, nice and professional staff. We couldn’t be any happier.

I use the Prattville office. This office is great! They are all so professional and informative. They service is always quick and done without issues. They always make time.for repairs also. I would recommend them to anyone. My only regret is that I only got to used them for my son and not my daughter. I wish really wish that I used them for my first child!!

Dr Frank and Dr Rob have both been AMAZING! For over a decade, we've used their services. Throughout the whole time, not only have they provided quality service, but they are also consistently kind. We've now had 4 children get braces and highly recommend them! The staff is professional and super friendly! A positive and welcoming environment 😊

A little disappointed at the treatment my 4 year old received at his past two visits. His first visit was back in August and I was able to go into the open area with him. He is very high energy and I was nervous how he would do. The hygienist that worked with him was on her phone most of the time texting about her daughters school lunch and not really paying much attention to my son during his appointment. He was getting frustrated during the wait time so he kept trying to get up and wander and I did my best to keep him entertained. Since he is very high energy the hygienist said in order to get a decent cleaning for his next visit we can have a private room that way if I need to hold him I can. Today we had that appointment and once again the hygienist was pretty short with him and seemed annoyed to be dealing with him. Didn’t really explain anything to him just put the toothbrush in his mouth while he was talking and got frustrated that he freaked out and turned away. Put the water hose in his mouth without telling him which made him gag and spit then got frustrated that he spit the water out. I started explaining steps to him to try and help him relax and know what was happening. The way my dentist explains to me. That helped a little but then we had to wait for the dentist to see the 6 other kids that were schedule for the same time before he could come into the room and again that was very quick he didn’t introduce himself to my son didn’t tell him what he was going to do and the hygienist just got frustrated again that my son was complaining about the bright light shining in his face. Then I was chased out the door for a $9 fee from what I was told was a missed appointment my daughter had 2 months ago that was rescheduled and we had already been in the office since then three other times and I wasn’t told about this charge and it was billed under my sons name so I’m now wondering what exactly I was billed for. My other experience with Dr.Owens I believe for my older son was great but this hygienist I’ve had the past couple of times and how we were treated by the front desk staff when I asked about the charge makes me not want to bring my kids back.

Hands down, the BEST pediatric dental office EVER!! Tabitha has been my children’s dental hygienist, she is very knowledgeable, gentle & kind to my kids! The dentists, orthodontists and staff are amazing! I couldn’t be happier with this office.
