Dr.Drew has been so great with my son. He has always been terrified of the dentist which makes me so nervous to bring him, but Dr Drew has been phenomenal with him! He went right back today without tears!

I moved to Alabaster but wanted my kids to have the same dentist until I could find one closer to where we live. I scheduled an appointment with them and called to let them know my ETA was saying 15 min. but wondered if I could still try to make it. I told them about the unforeseen road work and heavy traffic but was told I was going to be charged $50 to reschedule if I couldn’t make it at 9:30. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and they screened my call and told me the manager “was in a meeting”. I am disappointed that I was not afforded even a brief grace period or the opportunity to arrive and be assessed upon check-in. A standard courtesy window is common in many medical and dental offices, and I made a good-faith effort to communicate my delay in advance. My children’s doctor’s office would have never allowed me to travel halfway down and charge me $50 for being 10-15 minutes late due to unforeseen road work and heavy traffic. Then, not allow me to speak with a manager or the manager tell them that they were in a meeting to avoid talking to me. It’s for the best because I wouldn’t want to continue to bring my children to a dental office who treats their patients in this manner.

Hands down, the BEST pediatric dental office EVER!! Tabitha has been my children’s dental hygienist, she is very knowledgeable, gentle & kind to my kids! The dentists, orthodontists and staff are amazing! I couldn’t be happier with this office.

Great experience from start to finish! My son just completed his orthodontic treatment and we are very pleased with the results. The staff and doctors were great through the whole experience. I highly recommend the is group!

This practice is fantastic. They are so kind and empathetic, as well as accommodating to neurodivergent children. I highly recommend Kathie, who is hands down the best pediatric dental hygienist EVER.
