Audrey was perfect from the very first call to the office to my visit today! The amount of energy and pure enjoyment she has at the office was fantastic! I would definitely go and see them! I will be coming back! Dr scarpat was also amazing, no judgement and made me feel like this was a safe place! Thank you guys!!

Hello my name is Felisha its been a wonderful experience they loved on me like family actually better . I have wore mines for three years and some change but they treated me with love and care and patience from beginning to ending I hate I had to leave but I’ll be referring all my friends and family and who ever else is reading my post . Cathy the financial coordinator is rude and seemed to have a nasty attitude with me during my interaction with her. Her tone and overall demeanor made my experience unpleasant. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, and unfortunately, that was not experience with her. It was not about not getting the response I wanted. Like I said it was her tone and demeanor. Didn't care what the outcome was. It was the service that was provided. Thanks for your response.

From the staff, Dr. Wood/ Dr. Scarpate, Audrey, Abigail, I always felt so at home when I came in. I love when they know my face. Such a welcoming staff and beautiful experience. 2.5 years in braces and now I’m done and I love my teeth. If I could do it all over I would. I’m so thankful for my new smile and to TW. I will love you all forever.

Audrey was absolutely amazing from the time we arrived until my daughter was able to get started. The doctor was kind and explained everything in detail and an answered all questions as to what is required for my daughter. Awesome environment, awesome people and definitely a 10/10
