I had such a great experience at Dental Arts! From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming—it really set the tone. I was honestly nervous because my back tooth was extremely sensitive and I had a crown come off, but the hygienist was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured me the entire time that I was in great hands—and she was absolutely right! The dentist was just as great. He didn’t rush me at all, took his time, and answered every question I had with patience and care. I truly felt heard and taken care of. They also gave me a clear plan moving forward, and I’ll definitely be back next month. I actually look forward to coming back—thank y’all so much for such a positive experience!

From the professional to the cleanliness of those office, my experience was a 10/10. Both the hygienist and doctor were personable and knowledgeable. So happy to have found this office. Feeling comfortable with the oral care and recommendations given is something to be excited about. I have not felt this safe in a while.

Shawanna, a dedicated dental assistant with extensive experience, is very thorough and compassionate when she professionally cleans your teeth, ensuring your comfort throughout the procedure. She does not skip a beat, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and attention to detail. The facility itself is spotless and well-organized, creating a hygienic and soothing environment. Thanks to their excellent service, I left with a bright smile. On a different note, where can you go to choose your own genre of music to listen to in a public space?

Dr. Carl Shamburger is truly “cool as a fan.” He’s extremely knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and took the time to give honest, factual advice without any pressure. He answered all of my questions in detail and made sure I fully understood my options. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines expertise with such a relaxed, approachable style. I am a patient at Montgomery Dental Arts. When you walk through the door you are met with friendly faces and smiles. The staff is very accommodating. Both doctors, Dr. Dominique Askew Shamburger and Dr. Carl M. Shamburger, Jr., are very informative, explaining what's going on and your options. They take their time with you, you don't feel like you're on a conveyor belt. The atmosphere is relaxing, you can program music to your taste. Also, the communication is top notch, I receive texts for appointments, updates, etc. which I really appreciate. Keep up the great work.
