My kids had an appointment with Dr. Pickett today at Pickett Orthodontics, and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The assistants in the back were just as kind, patient, and caring, making my children feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Pickett took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and made sure I left with a clear understanding of the next steps. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service and compassionate care from the entire team. Thank you to everyone at Pickett Orthodontics for making our visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

The best. We went through several dentists and a couple of orthodontists after my son knocked out three permanent teeth. Nobody but Dr. Pickett knew what to do. So thankful! They also sent a handwritten card after our first appointment, which was so intentional and thoughtful.

The staff are genuine and kind. The office is beautiful and comfortable. Dr. Pickett and Rebecca communicated well and explained a potential plan for my son. They were honest about what was necessary and not necessary. I appreciated that most of all. They do their own research. It is obvious that they are experts in their field and truly care about their patients. The packet they sent home had all that I needed to explain things to my husband. We were all around impressed!

Dr Pickett and staff treat you like family. From the warm atmosphere to the friendly front desk staff, what could be an anxious visit, is the complete opposite!
