It's been almost 2 years since I started my treatment plan with Dr. Simpson and things are going well. Her office staff is always friendly and Dr. Simpson has been helpful in navigating some issues we did not forsee happening during treatment. I appreciate the progress we have made and look forward to seeing my new smile unfold!

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable, which made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free. I was on the search for an orthodontist to remove my fixed retainer and make a removable one so I could floss better. I chose Making Smiles because they are in-network with my dental insurance and also have great reviews. I now understand why they have received such great feedback from patients- I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and professional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiling faces. The office was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was SO nice and checked me in with ease. I was brought to the back and examined by Dr. Simpson. We reviewed the reason for my visit and I was asked what my smile goals are. I let Dr. Simpson know that I wanted my teeth to be PERFECTLY straight. She suggested Invisalign and thoroughly discussed the benefits. Her and the staff took photos, scans, and x-rays of my teeth which didn’t take long at all. I felt like a celebrity! The technology they have in-office is amazing and efficient. I was told in detail how the process would work and even got to see what my smile would look like once the treatments were completed! I had braces as a teenager but never wore my retainer which caused my teeth to shift. I wanted them back to how they used to be. Dr. Simpson reassured me that this goal is achievable. I felt highly confident on moving forward with Invisalign. Although it’s important to invest in your health and well-being, I assumed the cost of this treatment would be a barrier for me. However, they were able to provide a custom payment plan that fit my budget perfectly. Making Smiles couldn’t have made it any easier for me! What stood out to me the most was the lady at the front desk- Summer. She was so friendly and inviting from the moment I walked in. Summer answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She was full of knowledge and taught me so much. 10/10 highly recommend. I am looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks to begin my Invisalign treatment!

Short wait times, everyone was very nice, my 9 year old loves the staff. The consultation went great. Dr Simpson was very detailed in determine and relaying the treatment plan. We were able to get my daughter’s braces on the same day!
