My name is Anthony Wade Payne. I had an appointment this morning, 12-30-25, for a crown and two fillings. I was nervous. Christine and Dr. Wright were wonderful. Surprising to me, there was really no pain. Even now after the numbing has subsided, there is no discomfort. They were very kind and helpful. The office staff is too. A Wonderful experience. I had an remarkable visit at Smiles by design. Kara was an fantastic hygienist. She went over everything that she was going to do and did it. Not only that but she was very professional and detailed in her work. This was my 1st time visiting and it was a blast. Oh yea and the staff they are so friendly and funny. Last thing Dr.Wright is so nice and professional. She examine my teeth and got right on it. She also was able to accept my wife and I as patients. My experience with this office was much better than the office I left which I was a patient for 13years. I highly recommend them. Great job Smiles By Design!!

I do whatever I can to not see any dentist, other than Dr wright and the people at her office. It's hard to find words to describe the difference between her and the other dentists. She found ways to give shots in a fashion that you barely even notice the needle piercing, compared to the same shots (by other dentists) being a super painful experience. It sounds too good to be true, but this is 100% honest and my experience. I have horrible dental issues, have been to this office more times than I can count, and am always happy with my experience. She's very nice/understanding/helpful, good at explaining your issues you are dealing with, and how to solve them. Her employees are always very professional, friendly, non judgemental, and clearly care about their work. I legitimately can't recommend this dentist enough. Thank you Dr wright, and all of her employees, for everything you have done for me and will continue to do. as long as I'm in Huntsville, this is the only dentist I will use.

My bone fides: I am very old, grouchy by nature, but still possess most of my faculties. Dr. Wright's practice is by far, no exaggeration, the best trained, best equipped, and most thorough dental practice I've seen in my seven decades of having a mouth full of teeth. And what an incredible staff! Not only professional in every way, but each and every person is extraordinarily likeable. Keep in mind, I am a professional crotchety curmudgeon, so my standards are set unusually high. Over the years, I've been treated (and mistreated) by dentists throughout this great country and throughout the world as well, and I can honestly say this is the finest and best dental practice I've ever experienced. Best of all: zero pain! Hats off to Dr. Wright and all she is doing so extraordinarily well. Six stars and more. I have found my last dentist! MD
