Clairmont Cosmetic & Family Dentistry

This was my second time at this office. The first time I was so excited to tell people about the office and how helpful, fast and professional. I went yesterday for my second cleaning and I will NEVER go back. The receptionist was rude from the moment I walked in. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and walked to the desk to check in during her side conversation and she looked at me like I was wrong to interrupt her. Then after I received the cleaning to review the details on procedures because I didn’t say I was ready to go forward she truly seemed angry when I said I needed to review this. Her exact words were, “Review what when it’s right in front of you.” She then asked me to sign and had me stand there waiting while she scanned the document and checked her computer. So long that I had to ask was there anything else. Her response, “I need to check if you owe anything.” Again with the same weird attitude. You do not have to deal with unnecessary attitude when you are paying your money or using your insurance and I will not. Maybe you will have a better experience but I suggest not getting an early morning appointment if you have to deal with that.

Really liked my first cleaning appointment with Jess! Dr Kolettis was also so kind, she's my favorite! I look forward to coming again

The establishment was very clean.The ladies were very careful and it was overall great experience. The hygienist was also very thorough. They explained everything to me and told me my options on different services . I would recommend this location to someone else.

The best dentist experience I have ever had! They were so gentle with my cleaning and did a very thorough job. 10/10
