I had an excellent experience at Birmingham Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in until the end of my appointment, everyone was friendly, kind, professional, and welcoming. The office was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The entire staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. I felt valued as a patient and appreciated the care and attention I received throughout my visit. Thank you to everyone at Birmingham Orthodontics for making my appointment such a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care!

I love this office! It is very clean, affordable and the staff is AMAZING! They are VERY quick and thorough. My very first appointment was less than an hour long, which consisted of a consultation and placement of my braces. My treatment appointments are typically 15-20 mins including the wait time. My travel time to this office, is an hour and it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend.

My appointments have been short since my initial visit but they always are filled with friendly, warm welcomes. The staff ensures every appointment is personable and interact well. My teeth have shown great improvement over the past year.

After signing the contract, on a day we needed something on our childs braces fixed, we found out this location has its own inconsistent internal hours different than all other locations. So they are not open M-F 8-5 like the website says. We couldn't even get an answer on the phone. Assuming they were busy we drove up to the location to find it closed, no signs, no hours. Both Google and their website says they should be open. I had to call another location to be told they don't open for two more days. That location then couldn't schedule me without getting permission first but couldn't do that because their entire office was closed for lunch which is also not represented in their hours. Plus the nearest location not the one we signed up with is 30+minutes away. A large part of why we chose here was the convenience of the location and hours. I feel like I was tricked.

Loved everything about my experience here! They were very caring and very nice my entire time of having braces. Never ran into an issue. I love my smile! 10/10
