I usually don’t leave reviews, but found my most recent visit to be the rudest of them all! I came for my appointment & was quickly placed into a chair by a doctor. After getting my top set changed, I questioned on if my bottoms would be placed. (As I was told the previous month) the doctor left the room to confirm with the other doctor, they then both approached the room with a completely hostile tone of voice. She told me that they would go ahead & put them on, but the head doctor says if I miss another month they’d take my wires out. I explained to them both that I’m in college, located in Huntsville &don’t always have proper transportation but I make it when I’m able. He then went on to mock me stating that people come from Kentucky, basically saying I have no excuse for missing appointments. He told her to go through with treatment, & she confirmed rage was clear to place the bottom set. They then checked my mouth with a tool, and said I needed to wait an additional 4-6 weeks. Which I then exited the building. It’s really frustrating when doctors fail to understand your situation. I understand I’ve missed a month or two here & there. But the tone of voice from these doctors was just absolutely awful. Making me feel as if I’m not doing enough to make appointments I’m paying out of pocket for while balancing being in college full time.

Doesn’t get much better than Birmingham braces! Very affordable and also super easy to work with. It’s been a 3 year journey for me and they’ve delivered efficiently in every possible way. Would recommend them to anyone needing braces or orthodontic help.

You will sit there waiting forever while the employees stand around and talk to each other about their daily life. I know who is divorcing who, who didn’t show up for Thanksgiving, whose kid did what, etc, all because they will take up a solid 5-10 minutes to stand in a circle or huddle in the hallway and talk instead of tightening your braces so you can get in and out. They also take forever putting your bottom braces on on purpose so they can prologue your treatment plan and get more money out of you

Overall had a great experience. The doctor and staff were very kind. Their weekend hours let me be seen without having to take off from work. Would definitely recommend
