Always prompt. My daughter had an appt. On a Wednesday. I called the previous Frida and explained that she had a spring loose. They immediately scheduled her for that Monday instead of the original Wednesday appt. Always friendly. I’m from Montgomery, AL I travel all the way to Alabaster for my braces because they came highly recommended and it shows.

The office was clean, the staff was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was positive and inviting. I’m so glad I chose them for my son’s orthodontic care, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontist. Excellent service from start to finish! 🦷✨

I have really enjoyed working with them as they transformed my sons smile price was more reasonable than Montgomery so we took the short drive….. The staff was always super over the top nice form start to finish 10/10 highly recommended ‼️

The staff is always pleasant. Last week I broke a bracket & it was really uncomfortable. They were able to work me in the following morning before we travelled this Memorial weekend. I am very appreciative of their readiness to assist.
