Dr Knutson has worked on both of my children and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and most importantly, welcoming and honest about their treatment plan.

Dr. Peterson provided the highest level of care for my two daughters and myself, as an older adult. His kind demeanor and skilled expertise were truly magnificent, and he expedited my treatment plan based on a military deployment with simply incredible results. While he earned his retirement, Dr. McDermott, continues to provide me with ongoing orthodontic care and we decided to make this a whole family affair, with my Wife also getting braces over this past year. Dr. McDermott also is an artist and specialist in this field and brings the same attention to detail and patient care that Dr. Peterson provided to my family for so many years. Of course, what makes Orthodontic Specialists of Madison truly unique is its top tier professional staff, with Shirley at the helm as the direct point of contact for my Wife and I, we appreciate her cheer, kindness and enthusiasm. She has made us at home and so comfortable with the care and treatment options. But I also want to recognize Krista, Tynisia, Teresa, Luis and Jenna. These incredible technicians performed the mechanics and adjustments for us all: installing hardware, providing tips, and being extra special, kind and providing the highest competence. They even laughed at my jokes. My Wife, two daughters and myself are eternally grateful for the care and precision provided by this outstanding office. Dr. McDermott, Shirley, Krista, Tynisia, Teresa, Luis and Jenna, collectively have our highest endorsement, and as recipients of older adult treatment plans, we could not be more delighted with the results. Dr. Peterson, we miss you and hope you are having an amazing retirement. Thank you too for taking care of my family. Thank you all so very much!

I hate to review an ortho office, but, this office and particularly the Doctors within did no service to my family though I went here for several years. After almost 3 years of little change, a factory like approach and a doctor who literally used the internet to find the right appliance among laughing nurses that made my daughter uncomfortable, I gave up and chose a different ortho. Shop around for orthos and make sure you can find one that your kid and you can get a long with because it is a long journey.

Great team with caring professionals and personalized approach. Appreciate that Dr. Peterson's office is welcoming to all patients.
