By far the absolute best dental experience I have experienced. Office staff friendly and efficient. Doctor Kahn saw me promptly and addressed my issue right away. I was in and out in less than an hour and that included a tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Kahn and South Sound Dental.

I am very disappointed . I drove to my appt and I thought i had a cleaning today and it was for a crown, no one explained to me the cost of a crown. I usually always have 100% coverage. I understand is the new year and changes were made. No one called me to tell me to bring $504.00 for todays visit. I asked to speak to Sasha, billing person, and I did not like how she got smart with me. She told me I can't call every patient. I understand I am not the only patient. Courtesy call or text would've been nice. The front desk receptionist threw a paper at me to sign without explaining to me and I could not understand her when I asked couple of questions. I love coming here. I like Dr Khan, she is always pleasant and kind to me. I am upset. I took time off work and showed to my appointment. I mean I understand my insurance changed and I was not aware. I had the same insurance for 6 years.

Everyone at the Tacoma location is top notch in patient care and knowledge, from the front end staff to the Dr., technicians and dental assistants. Wait time is minimal, if not on time. Waiting room is clean and welcoming, with great decor. Dr. Kahn takes care of you with concern, knowledge and comfort. She is very personable and friendly. They don't upsell or treat you for something unneeded. They make an unpleasant experience, pleasant. I highly recommend

South Sound Dental has a good vibe with professional, friendly and caring people. Dr. Khan is patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. She also has a good sense of humor. Jessica is knowledgeable and understanding. She makes me laugh even when I'm not happy with my teeth. They play good music too.
