Their communication throughout the entire process has been excellent, from the front desk to the orthodontist. Very thorough in explaining my child's orthodontic needs and all the treatment options, without ever making me feel rushed. They transparently outlined the costs and payment, which was very helpful for our family.

Dr. Kortne is great. But there's a front desk person at the West Seattle Office with a nasty attitude. Long story short, I told her I didn't get an appointment reminder when I checked in. She explained to me but with quite a bit of attitude. When I was checking out and making the next appointment, she said to me "make sure to put it on your calendar, so you don't have to rely on the reminder" 😲

Sound Orthodontics is wonderful! Every staff member I've encountered has been great, and I'm loving the progress on my teeth. As an adult, the invisalign solution they offer is a great fit for me and my lifestyle. I'm seeing quick results and completely attribute it to the expertise of the doctors at Sound Orthodontics!

We love this place. I would strongly recommend Sound Orthodontics. Both of my boys have received treatment here. The staff is always kind, caring and enthusiastic. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile. Dr. Jack and Dr. Kortne go above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met and that we are happy with the service we have received.
