We've had a great experience with Inspired Orthodontics! Both of our kids finished their phase 1 treatments, and we are very happy with the results. The team is wonderful—very experienced and great with kids. We highly recommend Dr. Bockow - she cares deeply about her patients, takes her time to get to know us, explains everything and has a clear plan for her patients. She personalized our plan after hearing our concern about conflicting medical treatment for our kids food allergies - we are very lucky to have had Dr. Bockow's support!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cassie Truong, Jessica at the front desk, and the entire team. Over the past two years, while completing a rigorous graduate medical program, I underwent orthodontic treatment and received exceptional care every step of the way. As a graduate medical student, my schedule was constantly changing with clinical rotations, exams, and long hours. Dr. Truong and her staff were incredibly accommodating and always worked with me to find appointment times that fit my demanding schedule. Their flexibility, understanding, and support made a huge difference and helped me successfully complete treatment despite a very busy and often unpredictable schedule. Dr. Truong is not only highly skilled but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in her patients. She took the time to explain the treatment process, answer my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my orthodontic journey. I would also like to give special recognition to Jessica at the front desk. She was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and coordinating appointments. Jessica consistently went above and beyond to make the process seamless, and her positive attitude made every visit a pleasant experience. Now that I’ve completed both my orthodontic treatment and my graduate medical program, I couldn’t be happier with the results. We absolutely enjoyed and appreciated the thorough, comprehensive treatment my son received at Inspired Orthodontics. Dr. Bockow and her team were thorough, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating for extra appointments or repairs. I was surprised to hear that they continue to follow up with their patients after treatment to ensure continuity of outcomes.

The team at Inspired is excellent. Excellent bedside manner from all the doctors and assistants. Excellent front-end staff. They run a tight ship, too: I don't think I ever had to wait more than five minutes, which as a busy adult, I very much appreciate. All in all a very positive experience.

Dr. Bockow and her team have provided excellent care to both my daughter and myself. She is airway focused in her approach to orthodontia and it has made an incredible impact on my family. My daughter had an expander for a year early on (age 8 or 9) due to very narrow airway - since then, she rarely gets congested compared to before. She comments on noticing her ability to breathe through her nose much better. Now she is set up to get braces soon without any need for extracting adult teeth. Traditional dentists and orthodontists often do expanders after puberty has happened when the palate is fused, causing many other possible problems. Early expansion is the way to go if possible! After this process, I also went Dr. Bockow for an expander and invisalign since I had narrow airways as well (and chronic teeth chipping due to my occlusion). Since finishing this process, I breathe through my nose so much better, with less resistance, and I rarely get congested/colds now, which is a huge shift from before.
