Bates Orthodontics - West End

Bates Orthodontics is FANTASTIC!!! My daughter has been a patient there for 5 years and just recently got her second phase of braces off and it almost made me sad because there will soon be a time when we don't get to come in for appointments! Everyone from Dr. Bates and Dr. Phillips, to their clinical assistants, to their treatment coordinators/front office, to Abby, their manager, are all so amazing and kind!!! They have made the whole braces experience so fun and easy for my kid and I am forever grateful for the beautiful smile they gave her! Thanks Bates team!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bates and his team! The office has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone on the team is incredibly kind. They’re also very efficient – my appointments always ran on time and the whole Invisalign process was smooth from start to finish. I’m so happy with my results. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Nice front desk service. Their X-rays experience was a bit challenging. The machine was a bit clunky. I felt informed and treated with consideration. The Dr. Was very patient and answered all my questions. I had to wait a bit for him. I wish the technician was different from the financial coordinator. It was a lot for one person to take the pictures and the paperwork. This was a unique experience. I will go back for the treat plan after I do some research.

They make you feel welcome and do a great job of explaining everything you need to know about your treatment plan. Everyone is friendly and seems to really enjoy what they do. Glad I chose them for my braces!
