Bates Orthodontics - West End

Bates Orthodontics is FANTASTIC!!! My daughter has been a patient there for 5 years and just recently got her second phase of braces off and it almost made me sad because there will soon be a time when we don't get to come in for appointments! Everyone from Dr. Bates and Dr. Phillips, to their clinical assistants, to their treatment coordinators/front office, to Abby, their manager, are all so amazing and kind!!! They have made the whole braces experience so fun and easy for my kid and I am forever grateful for the beautiful smile they gave her! Thanks Bates team!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bates and his team! The office has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone on the team is incredibly kind. They’re also very efficient – my appointments always ran on time and the whole Invisalign process was smooth from start to finish. I’m so happy with my results. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Very please with the service everything was super smooth. Everyone was very polite. Every visit is very comfortable. They did a great job with explaining what to do after my daughters braces were put on and I overall love it I would recommend them to everyone.

We’ve been going to Dr. Bates and friends for what seems forever. After a year or so hiatus our youngest is now a patient. We always have top notch service but today was fantastic. Taniqua took her time and explained everything step by step to our son before she did it. Thanks Tanique for making today easy peasy.
