I have contacted Our local Attorney General office for review as well regarding the Collections Dispute Regarding Incomplete Invisalign Treatment I was very surprised to learn that my account was turned over to collections because my Invisalign treatment has not been completed. I have not received all of my Invisalign trays, yet I am being asked to pay for treatment that I have not fully received. I respectfully request that you immediately review my account, explain why it was sent to collections before my treatment was completed, and suspend any collection activity while this matter is investigated.

The staff are so nice. Dr Ashby is great and makes my daughters feel welcomed and comfortable. I have no complaints.. great staff!!
