PATIENTS BEWARE OF ASHBY ORTHODONTISTS unfair billing and unethical billing practices. I have contacted Our local Attorney General office for review as well regarding the Collections Dispute Regarding Incomplete Invisalign Treatment I was very surprised to learn that my account was turned over to collections because my Invisalign treatment has not been completed. I have not received all of my Invisalign trays, yet I am being asked to pay for treatment that I have not fully received. I respectfully request that you immediately review my account, explain why it was sent to collections before my treatment was completed, and suspend any collection activity while this matter is investigated.
