Integrative Dental Care

While on vacation in town, I unexpectedly needed urgent dental care. Fortunately, I found Dr. Libraty's office. Despite the busy schedule, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr. Libraty was not only incredibly skilled but also empathetic and understanding of my situation. The staff were all very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Thanks to their exceptional care, I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation pain-free. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs quality dental attention, especially when you're away from home. They truly understand the meaning of patient care!

I found Integrative Dental when I was in from out of town & had overzealously flossed off one of my crowns. I had spoken to several dental offices who would not see me unless I started as a new patient before I called here. So when Marizela said she needed to find out more info & call me back, I was skeptical that I’d hear back. But Marizela did call back in less than 30 minutes to schedule me for the next day, & even apologized for that wait time. She texted me a link to complete new patient forms and upload a copy of my insurance card. And the next morning I received an appointment reminder text with the address & the code to get in the building door. What great communication! Meter parking was easy, & their location on Church Street right by the Free People store is so convenient. Everyone I met here was so friendly and warm! Adelena took my digital xrays and Dr. Strong showed me what was going on under my dislodged crown before cleaning & re-cementing it. Holly at the front desk emailed my xrays to me before I even left, so I could forward them to my dentist back home. The team here was returning from a lunch & learn at their other office (66 Colchester Ave) nearby when I arrived. In asking about their lunch topic, I learned that Dr. Strong is a holistic dentist who understands how the jaw relates to stress, physical injuries, & emotional memories. What fascinating conversation & learning to be had here. Lucky employees & lucky local residents! Out of over 5 dental offices that I spoke with, this was the only one that was friendly, responsive, & scheduled my urgent visit within 24 hours. They do take my insurance, but the friendliness, warmth & great communication here makes them stand out in a sea of so many other dental offices in the area that are also in my plan. If you are local, pick wisely!
