Graham Orthodontics

Both of my teen daughters recently completed Invisalign treatment with Dr. Graham. We had two previous appointments with other orthodontists in the area and quickly made the decision to go with Dr. Graham after we met with him. He is personable and also very clear that the success of treatment is dependent upon their consistency. My kids had very different treatment goals and both were able to meet their final goals a bit early. All of the support staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. They consistently run on time for appointments and are clear about next steps. We ended up having an insurance hiccup with one of my kids and the office management went above and beyond to communicate with the parties involved to make sure we got our full benefit. We highly recommend Graham Orthodontics!

Dr. Graham has the orthodontics world figured out. I had the pleasure of wearing appliances for nearly 4 years, so I routinely visited the office and it was always immaculate and the staff was beyond friendly. We’ve been seeing Dr. Graham for several years, and he has taken care of all our orthodontic treatments…myself, my husband, our children, and even extended family. Dr. Graham is extremely knowledgeable and always stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental and orthodontic care. He is our go-to orthodontist, and we confidently recommend him to all of our friends and family. His staff is always professional, welcoming, and kind. We truly appreciate the excellent care we receive at his office! Best in state!!!

I enjoyed my experience at Graham orthodontics, however I felt as if I was being ignored when I got my Invisalign off. There was no “congrats” and both my nurse and the Dr. weren’t very friendly to me which made me pretty upset. You’d think they would be a little happier or at least say goodbye to me as I had been getting treatment there for two years by the time I got my Invisalign off. Instead of that, they pretty much just took my attachments off and then walked away, which was pretty upsetting for me because I enjoyed talking to the Dr. and a lot of the nurses. It seemed like their whole attitude towards me changed the day I got my Invisalign off, which isn’t very professional.

Graham orthodontics has been fantastic. The staff are so incredibly nice and welcoming. Everything has felt so easy and light. I was talked through the entire Invisalign process and felt comfortable walking in to get my first set of trays. I couldn’t be happier with this experience so far!
