We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Dr. Trapnell and staff. My daughter has a very “advanced” mouth, aka she is very young to have braces, and it sometimes was difficult to get her to cooperate for more uncomfortable appointments. However, the staff has always been so so incredibly patient with her and willing to work with me to ensure we have a successful experience. A couple of years in, she does just fine with appointments and even looks forward to them because of the Nintendo switch they have while kids wait! Everybody is so kind and nurturing and we feel lucky to have been referred here.

Over a weekend, the edge of my permanent retainer came off, and I was worried about getting it fixed quickly since I had received treatment in a different state. I stopped by the office to inquire, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They kindly placed me on their cancellation list, since their next available appointment wouldn't be until the end of the month. The very next day, I received a text from them offering a same-day appointment. I was able to swing by during my lunch break, and the entire appointment took about 20 minutes. I appreciated how efficient and professional the whole process was. Best of all, the cost was very reasonable and affordable, which was a huge relief.
