They are always incredibly accommodating and friendly. I’m very particular, and they truly take the time to get everything just right—every single visit. On the rare occasion something isn’t perfect, they welcome me back without hesitation and make sure it’s fixed properly. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and cared for. While it can be a little pricey, quality care is worth it—and they genuinely try to help. They’re very understanding and great about working with payment plans when needed, which makes a huge difference. Overall, the care, patience, and professionalism keep me coming back, and I highly recommend them.

I broke a tooth and was so self conscious about it, so I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment shortly thereafter. Dr Mckell was so good to take care of all my needs. His expertise is evident in the way he is very particular in getting everything just right. What also impressed me was how politely he spoke with his assistant throughout the whole procedure. Constant please and thank you’s were expressed. His assistant was also very attentive and professional. I live an hour away, but it’s certainly worth the drive.
