They are always incredibly accommodating and friendly. I’m very particular, and they truly take the time to get everything just right—every single visit. On the rare occasion something isn’t perfect, they welcome me back without hesitation and make sure it’s fixed properly. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and cared for. While it can be a little pricey, quality care is worth it—and they genuinely try to help. They’re very understanding and great about working with payment plans when needed, which makes a huge difference. Overall, the care, patience, and professionalism keep me coming back, and I highly recommend them.

Always glad to go to Dr. Smith at McKell & Packer Dental. The office is run very professionally. The staff remembers who I am. I appreciate the text and postcard reminders. Also like that I can filled out forms digitally before my appointment so that when I get there they can see me quickly. All the hygienists have been solicitous and I’ve never experienced any pain. So glad to have been referred to McKell & Packer!

I was looking for a new dentist and had some friends recommend McKell/Packer. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Dr. Packer was very nice, easy to talk to, and I can tell he’s good at what he does. And the teeth cleaning was great!

I had a dental emergency while I was out of town. My bridge fell off. They got me in a few days later, and did an excellent job gluing it back in. Dr McKell was very nice, and his assistant, Sami, was excellent, too. Also, Jenna, who took my call was wonderful because she kindly scheduled me on such short notice.

I've had many dentists in the past and this is by far the best dentist office me and my wife have been to. A little more pricey than other places, but worth every penny. Highly recommended!
