My permanent retainer had a broken wire. When I chewed the wire was going into my gums. I stopped in and they were able to work me in and repair it. I so much appreciated the care and concern.

Your office is the epitome of customer experience and service. I had a ~2 hour free consultation and from the massage chairs, charging chairs, enhanced coffee service, and personalized welcome board in the waiting area, to all of the state-of-the-art imaging and other equipment, to the exceptional and personable staff including Julie Christian (treatment coordinator) and Dr. Robert "Tito" Norris, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. This is exactly the level of experience all businesses should strive to provide all of their customers. There's literally nothing I can complain about, which says a lot because I'm very nit-picky when it comes to customer service. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing!

Everyone here was so patient and kind with my son! He has dental anxiety, so I was worried ahead of time how it would all go, but they were all calm and used soothing voices, and worked with him in the way he needed. We loved our experience here and will definitely use them for all of our orthodontist needs!

I do not recommend this orthodontic office based on my personal experience. I made a significant financial investment into my treatment and consistently felt the office was rushed, overbooked, and not focused on clear communication or patient understanding. In my experience, my treatment plan and long-term outcomes were not explained in a thorough or transparent way. After completing treatment, I sought a second opinion from another orthodontist, which raised questions for me that I strongly wish had been discussed during my original care. Despite following all instructions and wearing my retainer consistently, I experienced ongoing discomfort and shifting, which was very frustrating. After posting my initial review, I was contacted and asked to come in to discuss my concerns. That conversation felt more defensive than constructive. Rather than feeling heard or taken seriously, I felt dismissed and spoken down to, and left with the impression that protecting the office’s reputation was prioritized over addressing my concerns. While I understand others may have had different experiences, based on my own, I would not return to this office or recommend it.

We absolutely love Stone Orthodontics! Both Dr. Norris and Dr. Caesar are incredible. They are not only highly skilled, but also warm, friendly, and have exceptional bedside manners. My daughter recently had to get an expander placed in the roof of her mouth, and she was extremely nervous. Dr. Norris handled the situation so thoughtfully. He asked if they could record the procedure for training future interns and invited my daughter to share her feedback on camera. This completely shifted her focus away from her anxiety and helped her relax. It was such a creative and compassionate approach, and it made all the difference. Dr. Caesar is equally wonderful. He is incredibly warm and welcoming and always takes the time to chat with us about our kids and families. He remembers the little details, which makes us feel truly seen and cared for. What stands out most is how he goes above and beyond to make sure your child feels heard and comfortable before leaving the office. He takes the time to listen to any concerns, answers questions patiently, and ensures both the child and parent leave feeling confident and at ease. The entire staff is fantastic—everyone is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. And the recent addition of the two adorable puppies is the best idea ever! They instantly brighten the atmosphere and help put both kids and parents at ease. We have brought both of our children to Stone Orthodontics and have been coming here for over a decade. Throughout the years, we have always felt like part of the family. I highly recommend Stone Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist for their children. We love this place!
