Stone Oak Orthodontics: San Antonio Location

Your office is the epitome of customer experience and service. I had a ~2 hour free consultation and from the massage chairs, charging chairs, enhanced coffee service, and personalized welcome board in the waiting area, to all of the state-of-the-art imaging and other equipment, to the exceptional and personable staff including Julie Christian (treatment coordinator) and Dr. Robert "Tito" Norris, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. This is exactly the level of experience all businesses should strive to provide all of their customers. There's literally nothing I can complain about, which says a lot because I'm very nit-picky when it comes to customer service. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing!

We are so grateful we chose Stone Oak Orthodontics for our child’s braces. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how kind, patient, and caring the entire team is. The little touches—like the cute doodles—make such a difference and help kids feel comfortable and even excited about their visits. They also truly go out of their way to answer any questions along the way, and it is greatly appreciated. We always feel supported and well-informed. We also love that Dr. Norris brings an engineering background and thoughtful, innovative approach to care. It really gives us confidence we’re in the best hands. We truly appreciate everything they do and would highly recommend this office to any family!

Highly recommend Stoneoak Orthodontics! My 9 and 7yo had a great time while getting a very thorough exam and recommendations!! The staff were so friendly and we are in love with their puppies!!!

This is the best office ever! I have never been in an office that showed so much care about a patient. The doctors are highly skilled and it shows.. Every step was thoroughly explained in a way that you can understand. The office also does a lot of community work and I appreciate that. . Updates on treatment progress were given at appointments. They were always ready to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this office!!

I do not recommend this orthodontic office based on my personal experience. I made a significant financial investment into my treatment and consistently felt the office was rushed, overbooked, and not focused on clear communication or patient understanding. In my experience, my treatment plan and long-term outcomes were not explained in a thorough or transparent way. After completing treatment, I sought a second opinion from another orthodontist, which raised questions for me that I strongly wish had been discussed during my original care. Despite following all instructions and wearing my retainer consistently, I experienced ongoing discomfort and shifting, which was very frustrating. After posting my initial review, I was contacted and asked to come in to discuss my concerns. That conversation felt more defensive than constructive. Rather than feeling heard or taken seriously, I felt dismissed and spoken down to, and left with the impression that protecting the office’s reputation was prioritized over addressing my concerns. While I understand others may have had different experiences, based on my own, I would not return to this office or recommend it.
