Dr. Sandra Nairooz, DDS
We have had the most amazing experience with Solana Orthodontics! From the very beginning, the entire team has been kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The process with the upper expander was explained so clearly, and the high-quality, advanced technology they use made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. They made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident every step of the way, and she handled it like a champ thanks to their encouragement and support. Now she has her braces on and is so excited—she’s truly embracing the journey and already looking forward to the finish line. Seeing her confidence grow has been priceless. We are beyond grateful for the care, expertise, and positivity from everyone at Solana Orthodontics. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this team! I’ve had such a wonderful experience here. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by smiling staff who were welcoming and ready to help. The office is very clean, modern, and equipped with the latest dental technology and high-tech digital imaging. Dr. Nairooz, the orthodontist, is exceptional at what she does. I felt truly heard, welcomed, and presented with multiple options tailored to my specific needs. Bri was an outstanding treatment coordinator. She carefully evaluated my bite concerns and provided a detailed, thorough treatment plan with clear information. Dee, Jackie, and Bri were all attentive and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to navigating my insurance. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and willing to work with different budgets. I’m very pleased with the service and highly recommend this office. This is definitely the place to be!
This office is truly the best. From the staff to Dr. Nairooz. I would truly recommend everyone to come here for all their ortho needs. The entire staff values you, respects you and takes the time to get to know while providing the best treatment. They accommodate crazy schedules and do the MOST for their clients. She also communicated with all my other providers to ensure everyone was aligned with each treatment I was receiving. Everything about this place is 100/10. Please go here!!! Support her and I promise you’ll be so happy with your results, how your treated and overall your experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Solana Orthodontics! The office is super clean and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately gave me confidence in their care. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Nairooz took the time to carefully review multiple treatment options with me, all tailored to my specific goals. I really appreciated how thorough the explanations were—it made me feel comfortable and informed about my choices. I highly recommend Dr. Nairooz and the team at Solana Orthodontics. I’m excited to start my journey with them and know I’m in great hands!
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other patients can make informed decisions. I had a MARPE expander placed at this office, and unfortunately my experience was not handled with the transparency or attention I expected. Shortly after the placement, I experienced a significant event where I felt a crack and a physical drop on the upper left side of my jaw. Although this did happen during lifting 20 pounds. Dr. Nairooz said this was normal, This was not normal tooth movement. I came into the office twice and messaged multiple times, but my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as “normal shifting” and I was told to continue expanding despite the severity of what happened. As someone who works in the dental field, I tried to have a clinical conversation and asked for clear explanations or proof that everything was fine. Instead, I was told that “anyone can draw lines on an X-ray,” and my concerns were brushed aside rather than evaluated. There was also a concerning delay in obtaining proper informed consent, which was given to me after the procedure had already been completed. The lack of acknowledgment, transparency, and willingness to listen was what ultimately led me to seek a second opinion. At another office, everything was explained clearly, and for the first time I felt genuinely heard and understood. My experience involved pain, financial loss, and a significant breakdown in trust. I hope my review encourages the office to take patient concerns more seriously, especially when they involve potential complications. Clear communication and proper evaluation should never be optional. She can't upload my info due to HIPAA but I can. I am updating my review to reflect recent developments. After posting my original review, the office contacted me and offered a full refund. However, the refund was explicitly conditioned on me removing my review and signing a broad Release and Waiver that would have required me to waive all current and future claims, agree to confidentiality (including not speaking about my experience publicly or on social media), and forgo involvement with regulatory agencies. I went to the office in person to receive the refund but declined to sign the release, as I was not comfortable waiving my rights or agreeing to confidentiality in exchange for my own money being returned. As a result, the refund was not issued. My intention has always been transparency and patient safety, not retaliation. I believe it is important for others to be aware of how concerns and resolution requests are handled when complications arise.
