I went in for a free complimentary consultation. Let me just say, OMG. The service. Top tier. The friendly smiles. The welcoming vibe they have. The cute set up they had to welcoming my kids. They were all excited to see their names lol. The Dr. I apologize I don’t remember his name, amazing. The treatment coordinator was also welcoming and explained everything to both my children 7&8. Ultimately my lil ones didn’t need braces right this moment but as soon as they do, which they will. I’ll def be going back.

Three of our children have already had their smiles transformed by Dr. Pierson, and another will soon! We truly love the entire staff — they are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely treat us like family. Their retainer program that supports local nonprofits is such a beautiful way to give back to the community, and we’re so grateful to be both clients and recipients of this thoughtful program. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We absolutely love Dr. Saunders, Gracie Mancha, and the entire team at the Hausman location! The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the office itself is beautiful and very clean. We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and every visit has been a great experience. My son is finally getting ready for braces, and the team has been so informative and professional throughout the entire process. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, and most importantly, they make my son feel comfortable and at ease. We truly appreciate the care and attention they provide and can’t wait for the next steps in his braces journey!

I’ve had a really good experience with Pierson & Saunders Orthodontics. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Everyone has been attentive to concerns and very clear with instructions. The office is clean, modern, and well-kept, which gives you confidence in the overall care and hygiene. I also appreciate that they use texting for communication, making scheduling and asking questions quick and convenient. On top of that, they’ve been able to get me in for appointments without long delays. Overall, a very positive experience.

Everyone was very nice. They explained everything my son would go through with the process of the consultation and what the process of putting the braces on would look like. He felt very comfortable. We would highly recommend!
