I’ve been coming to Plano Smile Design for a few years now. Cleanings are always thorough and when I broke a tooth a year ago, they got me in right away and I’ve had no problems with my crown.

Great environment with friendly and polite staff. Services were delivered in a timely manner. I did not experience any waiting issues, attention to details, and questions were answered in a professional manner. One of the best dental experiences I have had in years. Highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Yuen and her incredible team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely valued as a patient. Dr. Yuen is knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly professional. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. Ana, Kenya, and Danielle were absolutely amazing. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my cleaning experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. What impressed me most was how genuinely caring everyone was. They made me feel at ease from start to finish and turned what is usually a routine dental appointment into a truly positive experience. Their attention to detail, compassion, and dedication to patient care did not go unnoticed. It is rare to find a team that is not only exceptional at what they do but also makes you feel like family. Dr. Yuen, Ana, Kenya, and Danielle are a wonderful group of women who clearly care about their patients and each other. I left with a sparkling clean smile and an even bigger appreciation for the outstanding care I received. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care delivered with kindness, professionalism, and heart.
