Love this place! 😘 Dr. Ajala is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel at ease. I’ve struggled with dental anxiety for years, but switching to this office about two years ago completely changed my experience, the environment is so welcoming and everything is done efficiently without ever feeling rushed. I’ve had multiple procedures here (fillings, root canals, crowns, and now Invisalign), and the pricing has always been very fair! Huge shoutout to Kolya for being an Invisalign expert, always making sure I’m comfortable, and placing my attachments perfectly ❤️ Highly recommend Plano Smile Design!

You can tell that the staff enjoy their work. Amy was my dental hygienist today. It was my first dentist appointment in a long time and my first visit to Plano Smile Design. She was so knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was happening the whole way through. She was a total professional and was working on my teeth with the same care and precision as someone restoring a classic painting in the Louvre. She was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Ajala was also incredibly warm and accessible. Danielle from billing was both helpful and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental care. They quickly eased my anxiety and exceeded all expectations!!!

First time client and I have to say I am very pleased. They treated me with the respect and really do care about me. I've definitely found me a dentist that I can trust for myself and my family!!! Just went back for my first cleaning. Anna is best!! If you need your teeth cleaned all for her. She did an amazing job, she was very thorough and gentle at the same time. They are great at working with your schedule and making sure that your dental needs are met. Anna even helped me to pick out a water flosser after my teeth cleaning to help insure that my gums stay healthy. I really can't give this place high enough praise.

I’ve never truly had a good experience in a dental office. And Plano Smile Designs change that for me. Everyone from the dental assistant, to the hygienist, to the dentist himself were extremely nice and made sure I felt as comfortable as I could be. They were able to get me in on an emergency situation and took care of me same day. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I was very impressed by the office and staff. Had a great hygienist and liked the dentist. Went in on a Wednesday and had 2 crowns and a filling on Thursday. Painless.
