I had an incredible experience at Rodeo Dental today. Dr. Bilal and his assistant Aracely were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Dr. Bilal is one of the kindest and most compassionate healthcare professionals I have ever met. He took the time to truly speak with me on a human level, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out. Aracely was just as wonderful. She was so kind, sweet, and professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She was warm, personable, and incredibly attentive throughout the visit. You can tell she truly cares about patients, and I genuinely believe she is going to go very far in her career. From beginning to end, the entire visit was smooth, welcoming, and professional. Because of this experience, I will actually be switching from my current dentist to Rodeo Dental. That says everything about the level of care I experienced today. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care.

Danica at the front desk was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Pablo, who handled my X-rays, was quick, gentle, and made the process smooth and stress free. Jen, another dental assistant, also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. A special thank-you to Yami, the office lead, for running such a well-organized and welcoming office. And Ms. Mari in the lobby made everyone feel so welcomed with her warm and friendly presence it truly set the tone for a great visit. This team works together beautifully and genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

My son has ASD & is absolutely nervy abt dentists, docs, nurses, you name it. The staff are so super sweet and patient. Not to mention, they have a theater, arcade, always having coloring books and crayons, and some new thing going on! Whether its free meals at TX Roadhouse, or a holiday event, and such even have a new patient incentives award program - it's a reward system within their practice with an app that congratulates children on no cavities, or points for healthy dental habits with prizes. Super cool. I wonder if they see adults?! 🤔 Lol!

What a blessing to find RODEO DENTAL in Pharr, Texas. From the moment I spoke with one of their staff I had a good feeling. His amazing ability to assist me over over the phone was incredibly reassuring for me. If this is a reflection of the rest of the Staff, I thought for a moment, I just hit the Jackpot. My first visit was today. I hit it!! RODEO DENTAL has a plan for me and the wheels are already turning. I'm extremely happy. I would recommend RODEO DENTAL in Pharr, Texas to any of my friends and family. I promise to keep you posted.

I Rogelio Bernal Jr. First and foremost want to thank Dr. Lee and her colleagues ( Keyla & Aracely) for helping me restore my smile. For about 10 years now I have been to several dentists that have told me it would be too expensive , unfixalble , ither take years or not worth trying to fix. After all attepts and lost of hope I gave it one more try and I am so grateful we found Dr. Lee. My two front teeth were very bad when I walked into the office a couple of months ago. She explained everything with detail (before , during , and after procedure) pros and cons for getting my crowns done. I decided to proceed with it and give it a try since she was the ONLY dentist that would challenge herself with my teeth. I Finally have my permanent crowns . She did so great!!! They look excellent you cant even tell they were bad. They look so real and feel comfortable. I am so overjoyed that i can finally smile without feeling insecure . Procedure was smooth and painless, without any discomfort or pinching. Keyla and Aracely worked very well at assisting Dr. Lee during the procedure. They provided excellent service . The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. They were warm, friendly, and very professional and welcoming. They are also extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling and always do their best to work around patients’ availability. Many many many thanks to Dr. Lee and her team ( Keyla and Aracely) for their excellent care, professionalism, and gentle approach. I Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for outstanding dental care in a comfortable and professional setting.
