Dr. Freels and his staff have made this journey for my daughter a very special one. Everyone in the office makes you feel at home the moment you step into his office. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and they were always very flexible with the appointment times. Dr. Freels and his staff go above and beyond the n everything they do!

5/5 Stars !! . Actual Face to Face Care Makes All the Difference If you are looking for an orthodontist who actually takes the time to sit down with you personally, this is the place. Before deciding on treatment for my son, I consulted with a few different offices. Dr. Freels was the only orthodontist who actually met with me face to face for the initial consultation to discuss my son's treatment plan directly. That personal touch and transparency made the decision an easy one. Beyond Dr. Freels , the entire staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, answer every question with confidence, and clearly know their stuff inside and out. On top of the fantastic care, the office itself is super clean and well maintained, which gives you immediate peace of mind the second you walk through the door. I couldn't be happier with our experience so far. If you want a knowledgeable team, a spotless facility, and a doctor who actually talks to you directly instead of passing you off to an assistant, I highly recommend Dr. Freels ! Definitely looking forward to see my son’s progress.

I cannot recommend Dr. Freels and the entire team enough! Words truly cannot explain the exceptional dental care they provide. From day one, the level of professionalism from everyone in the office has been outstanding. My son just got his braces removed, and the results are absolutely amazing. What we love most is that they don't just stop at the removal; they are already making sure he has everything he needs to maintain his perfect smile for many years to come. We are so incredibly grateful!

As a teenager, I remember researching orthodontists in McAllen back in 2006 because I desperately needed help with my teeth. That’s when I found Dr. Freels, and he completely transformed my smile. My experience was seamless from start to finish. His staff was incredibly professional, yet warm and welcoming, I always felt right at home. Years later, I came back for some minor orthodontic treatment with aligners, and once again, everything went smoothly. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail never changed. Now I’m back again with my own daughter, who is also a patient of Dr. Freels. I honestly don’t know how he does it, but after all these years, he continues to set the bar higher. It’s rare to find a practice that consistently provides the same exceptional care across generations, and I’m so grateful we’ve been able to experience that as a family.

The experience we have had at Freels Ortho has been amazing. The difference on my daughter's teeth have been tremendously impressive. He not only made a difference on her smile but her confidence grew. She never complained about having braces on she loved them but now is time for her to show off her beautiful smile.
