Dr. Senan Ziadeh, DDS

I had a very poor experience at 7 to 7 Dental. This is the provider I saw and he was extremely impersonal and rushed through the appointment without taking time to explain anything or go over my care properly. It felt like a ‘walk in, walk out’ situation with no real attention to patient concerns or treatment planning. I did not feel heard, informed, or cared for during my visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking thorough or attentive dental care.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING IN, YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. MONEY IS THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS. I barely leave bad reviews, but here I am. With this office, everything is money. I started a braces treatment with Dr. Senan on August 12, 2025. After 2 weeks, I was having a serious discomfort from the braces, because of a misplacement. I contacted the office several times to get an appointment to check them out. They refused to make me an appointment and insisted that I wait for my follow up appointment which was a bit long. As the discomfort continued, I decided to walk in and tell them that I was getting poked by the wire in the inner cheek. They didn't take it seriously. I requested to remove the braces and have aligners. The only available option was to pay a termination fee to terminate the braces and restart a new contract for Aligners. Even though I was planning on staying with them for aligners, I had to pay $1300. I had 30 days of treatment. After that, I decided to not engage in another contract. They were supposed to cancel the contract in the system, but I'm still getting charged for the payment plan. I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS THE STAFF UNTIL I SAW THE RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWS!

I called to get my child an appointment for the first time. Extremely rude and impatient. I have an implant for epilepsy that makes me a tad hard to understand for a whopping 30 seconds every 3 minutes. The person on the phone got irate when my voice dropped to a whisper. It isn't something I can help. We are only in town for approx 3 months, and would need to find someone new when we move back home. I asked about referrals for that time and was treated even worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND. To the Owner: I wouldn't be in your database because I didn't make an appointment. You are absolutely correct, I do not have my primary residence in Texas. I am there 3 to 4 months out of the year, however because that's where I am FROM and we visit family there. I spend at least 6 months out of the year traveling. Nice try.

Would not recommend Dr Senan. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. How is he a doctor?! and don’t let him fool you by saying that I was not a patient. I was 100% a patient. stop trying to cover up what was an awful experience.
