General check up was very good. The receptionist assisted us with the new online system and the dental assistant was very good wth our three year old daughter. The dentist was very children friendly.

It was my son’s very first dentist appointment. They have the rooms set up where there are half walls between each chair so you can hear and see everything that is going on in the entire office. Beside us was a kid getting his teeth pulled. He kept telling the Dentist that he was still in pain as they were pulling the first tooth. The kid was screaming, crying, and started dry heaving in the middle of it. The dentist continued and told him he was almost done. In my honest opinion, I think he should have stopped The second, he said he was in pain. And the fact that every single patient And parent can also hear that… Terrible. On top of that, the dentist did his checkup, didn’t have anything to say and just said it looks good. I was having to ask probing questions to explain what he was doing and what was being put on my child’s teeth. Needless to say, we will not be back

If I could give 100⭐️ I definitely would! We had a wonderful experience at Lubbock Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery! Lupita, our hygienist, was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle, patient, and kind, and she made my children feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire visit. Dr. Eric was just as wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was welcoming and made us feel like we were in great hands from start to finish. I highly recommend Lubbock Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery to anyone looking for exceptional pediatric dental care. We absolutely love all the staff! Everyone is super sweet and so great with our girls! So glad we made the switch and my girls are now excited to come to the dentist office! 😀
