We had a great experience during my daughter’s first orthodontic evaluation. The staff was friendly and professional, and the orthodontist was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit, and we left feeling well informed about the next steps. Highly recommend this office!

I’ve had braces for around eight months now, and one thing that stands out is how detail-focused the orthodontist seems. They notice even tiny issues with wire positioning or tooth movement during appointments. Once they adjusted a bracket because something looked slightly off, even though I hadn’t noticed it myself. That attention to detail made me trust the process more. My jaw tension has also improved significantly since starting treatment here.

Working with Kandice, is working with the best!! When I go in for my appointment and Kandice calls me back, I know that once I’m in the chair, I can trust that she will take care of me and my teeth! Kandice always makes the hardest part of the job (adjustments) the smoothest part of the visit! Thank you Kandice for all that you do to keep us safe and comfortable!

After having such a horrible experience at Western Dental/Brident Dental this team truly saved my life. They offer payment plans with no credit check and no interest. The doctors are great when I needed to get my teeth cleaned. They were able to get me in the same day to remove my wires and put them back on which is something that I’ve never been able to experience at my previous office. Their staff is incredibly nice and attentive, and I had no issues since coming to their office.
