I absolutely love Dr. Heather Brown and her entire staff! I was really afraid and nervous about starting my orthodontic journey, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so comfortable. From the ladies at the front desk all the way to Dr. Brown herself, everyone is extremely informative, patient, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I have. What has shocked me the most is how FAST my teeth have moved! I’m already seeing such a big difference and getting results way faster than I expected. I’ve also made it a priority not to miss my appointments, and I truly feel like staying consistent has made a huge difference in my progress. I also had a small discomfort one day and called the front office just to let them know what was going on. They didn’t hesitate at all—they got me straight in and took care of me! That alone made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients and not just the appointments. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Brown and her team for my braces journey. If you’re nervous or afraid like I was, you’re definitely in good hands here. I LOVE IT HERE! ❤️🦷✨

Im so happy I picked Dr Brown to do my braces. She explained everything and answered any questions I had and made sure my expectations were reasonable. All women staff are beautiful and never had a bad experience with any of them. And very accommodating when needing to have an emergency appointment or change to the schedule.
