Dentiq Dentistry Houston

This was my first time at Dentiq Dentistry and I had mixed feelings. Courtney, my hygienist, was fast and thorough, and the cleaning itself was fine. However, the upselling felt very pushy, especially with sealants and fluoride. She was about to apply fluoride without asking me first, and since most insurance plans don’t cover that, I had to stop her and ask if it was covered before allowing it. She had to call the front desk to confirm, which I thought was strange — patients shouldn’t have to catch that themselves. I was also asked to sign a form showing the cost and payment options for sealants even after I said I wasn’t getting them done, which didn’t make sense to me and felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. On the positive side, Jochelle at the front desk was super kind and sweet at checkout, and the girl who checked me in was also very friendly. The front office looks nice but the exam room itself feels outdated, especially the chairs and flooring (added photos). Better communication, consent before treatment, and less pressure to add services would really improve the experience.

I have been coming to Dentiq since 2015….. We absolutely love it!! First of all, it is hip and cool and has great music Comfortable sofas and chairs And good coffee and waters as well But my favorite part is the professionalism and kindness of the staff I’ve actually gotten to be good friends with my hygienist, which they are all great. And the doctors in the nurses are the best. Conveniently located between River Oaks and Montrose My wife, sister and mother and brother and his whole family all come here as well. I cannot say enough, good things about Dentiq!!

I had a great experience at this dentist’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The dental assistant and doctor were both wonderful they explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel relaxed and not stressed or scared at all. Overall, this place is amazing. And let’s not forget.. I love, love the decor!

My best dental experience here in the US so far! Topnotch service. Very efficient. They made sure everything is explained well. Procedure is absolutely painless and quick. The place is so nice and clean. And all the staff are so smart, friendly and kind. Kudos to Gus and Dr Sista and all the girls who assisted me. Found my teeth a home here in Dentiq Dentistry ❤️💕❤️💕

All staff members are professional as well as friendly, understanding, and efficient. Every time I've gone, it's always the same smiling faces. The inside was super clean, felt like home while waiting with great seating and entertainment for the few minutes you may have to wait. I tend to not like dentist appointments, however this experience with Dentiq has changed my thought process. Any time I need assistance, I will go back to Dentiq without a doubt. Staff and beginning to end process is a 100/100.
