Smileasy Dental & Orthodontics

Every single PERSON WAS PHENOMENAL! As a person who dreads going to the dentist, this was the best experience I’ve had with any dentist. From the time I called & made an appt, to my arrival, x rays the dentist, receptionist, every single person delivered exceptional customer service. The Hygienist was so amazing, I fell asleep while she was in my mouth. Her energy was calming, her touch was gentle. Dentist was professional, informative and not pushy. Phenomenal! Everyone!!

All the staff in this clinic is great. Jackie always makes you feel welcome with her sincere smile, she is very nice, professional and she is always willing to help. I really appreciate her assistance. Everybody here is always nice, professional and caring. I also want to give special thanks to Trinh. She was absolutely great. I had my cleaning done with her, but I also had an extraction. I was not feeling well that day and Trinh along with other staff members did absolutely everything they could to help me feel better. They really care about their patients. I bring my kids here, I come here and I have referred several family members.

This review is specifically for an endodontist on site. I do not have any concerns regarding other dentists in Grand Prairie office, who are just wonderful. Not only it took 7 hours between two sessions to do a root canal retreatment, but the endodontist also damaged my tooth to the point that it had to get extracted. There was a penetration and also a major crack on a side of the tooth. I've done several root canal retreatment procedures and never had anything like this. Besides, nothing was mentioned to me regarding the failed procedure. It is definitely frustrating, as now I have to pay a substantial amount for a tooth implant all caused by an unprofessional/unexperienced endodontist (who doesn't even have her own office, but travels through different Smileasy locations). Maybe I am just the unlucky one but want people to be aware of what to expect.

Smileasy has been very successful for me. Always working around my work schedule to make it convenient for me to attend my appts. The Dr has been very easy to speak with and very knowledgeable. The receptionist is always polite and helpful… General dentist does a wonderful job on my cleaning. I will be done soon with my treatment for braces and will be bringing my son soon to start his orthodontist treatment. I will always recommend smileasy for your orthodontist and general treatment :)

The entire team here is always so friendly and welcoming! From the front desk staff to the RDH and the doctors, everyone is consistently in a great mood and makes each visit a pleasant experience. Trinh is absolutely the best — I always look forward to my appointments when she’s working!
