They saw my daughter on time. They explained what they were doing as they put her braces on and also took extra time to explain how to maintain her braces until her next visit. The dental assistant Rafa was informative and answered all my questions without it seeming like I was bothering him. They and did a celebration with confetti as my daughter ended her visit. Great price, great service and no wait time. I would highly recommend even if you have to drive by other orthodontist offices like I do.

We had an excellent experience at my son’s dental appointment today! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff made my son feel comfortable and at ease, and the dentist was patient, kind, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything and made the visit a positive experience for both of us. We truly appreciate the exceptional care and highly recommend this office to any family looking for a great pediatric dental experience!

Brought in my 2 boys for there check up and had a great expierence with the Dr and his assistant Julia. One of my boys needed treatment and was very gentle and caring with him. Always great service when we come here! Boys even left with balloons

The day I got my braces off, they had to take pictures afterward, and the employee I don’t know her name but she was very impatient with me. She kept pulling hard on my lips with the plastic retractors, and it actually hurt. Instead of slowing down or checking if I was okay, she seemed annoyed that I wasn’t moving fast enough. Another issue is the wait times. Every appointment I’ve had, I’m usually waiting around 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment before I’m even called back. At this point, it seems like that’s just normal here, which is really frustrating. Everyone else I’ve met at Rodeo Dental has been kind and respectful, although there is times the same women gossip alot but it’s none of my business. But that stud employee made this experience really stood out. I understand being understaffed can make work stressful, but patients shouldn’t feel rushed or like they’re an inconvenience. I also had to repeat myself several times because the employee taking my pictures didn’t seem to hear me well, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I hope they work on their scheduling and make sure every patient is treated with more patience and care and the employees are less rude since this place is a great place for braces

I love the staff and the doctor’s there. Everyone is so kind, especially the front desk employees. They are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a great experience. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and positive attitude.
