Kelley Orthodontics

From the moment we walked in to Kelly Orthodontics we felt right at home. The care is outstanding and the staff is so friendly and personable. My daughter’s teeth came out beautiful and trust me..they were a mess. Her smile is angelic! Thank you Dr Kelly and staff for treating my daughter like family and not just a patient!

Dr. Kelley and his staff are great to work with and very knowledgeable. Our daughter’s smile looks amazing and our son is currently in treatment for braces. We have two more children and will definitely use Dr. Kelley when the time comes!

Making this very clear we were not seen because I CANCELLED due to the experience before we could even be seen. I have already contacted the establishment before even making this. Last week Tuesday we had an appointment scheduled to which we showed up over an hour early due to me assuming another time. Because we had so much time before. I decided to take my kids to eat something. We had been out all morning and kids being kids - were cranky. I decided to call and reschedule and when I called back and spoke to the receptionist to inform her her whole demeanor changed. The “sweet” voice went away completely and when the conversation ended and I said “ thank you , you have a good one “ she simply responded with a “bye” and hung up which I thought was highly rude. Fast forward to today 9/30/25 - I revived a phone call from a number to which I did not recognize so I let it go to voicemail. The voicemail was left in Spanish ? I didn’t understand why because we DO NOT speak Spanish. I was going to let it go but it bothered me and came off to me as being a little bit of prejudice. We DO have a Hispanic last name. But my name(THE PARENT) is BRITTNEY. never once have I ever specified we preferred Spanish nor have I ever filled anything out in Spanish in my life. When I called the receptionist to ask about it she said our paperwork specified “Spanish speaking” lol. To which I can only assume she took upon herself to put. I hung up. Let it go. Wasn’t going to say anything until tomorrow when we had our appointment scheduled. But decided no. It gives racial profiling a little and I didn’t like that at all - gave them a call. Asked to speak to someone in charge , spoke to Becky and told her the whole thing : she didn’t even apologize for it or take accountability or even say she’d talk to the receptionist about it - she just said “okay I’ll go ahead and cancel the appointment” and when I said okay thank you she just said “bye” and hung up. Not a “ I apologize” or “have a nice day” - phone etiquette was definitely not there. So my experience before we walked in was already just distasteful. I NEVER leave reviews. But this was just horrible. Just wanted to get braces for my son and I didn’t know we needed to have a certain status to have access to good customer service. Do better.

Our family is so grateful for Dr. Kelley and his entire team. They are all so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door through the duration of treatment. They have been so supportive of my daughter with special needs throughout the entire treatment process. She leaves with a beautiful smile and positive memories of her experience.

Highly recommend Dr. Kelley for orthodontics! The office space is bright and modern and lovely and clean. The front desk staff is professional and respond incredibly timely to emails. I’ve had to reschedule and they made it so easy. They are always friendly, funny, welcoming, and make an effort to make uneasy kids (mine sometimes) comfortable. Dr. Kelley and the ortho staff are always so kind, and thoroughly explain what is happening in the current phase of treatment, expectations, etc. It’s been a really great experience and even though the prospect of being done with braces is nice, I will also miss our visits! Thanks to Dr. Kelley and staff for great service and a great job! I will always recommend you to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.
