Dr.Kelley's office is very beautiful and very presentable from the reception area, the back offices & the restroom sparkly clean! The very moment you walk in and notice this, it tells you the kind of service, top-notch, you will receive. It shows you the quality of the people he has working for him....very polite, friendly and welcoming! Jenna is always very attentive, making you feel al home the moment you walk in. I noticed she always makes the children feel special and important, welcoming them with a smile. Dr.Kelly has a wonderful staff. As a mom of a cleft lip 12 year pre-teen girl, I truly appreciate his wisdom and knowledge in helping my daughter have a beautiful smile. From the very first appointment, Dr. Kelly sat with us and explained step by step the process how the braces would help my daughter with her cleft lip. It was a long journey...with scans being sent to him periodically from Cook's Childrens Cranial/Facial office...bone graft surgery in between, Dr.Kelly always made sure that my daughter would enjoy her smile at the end of this journey. Katherine is very happy & excited to start 7th grade with a bright new smile!! Thank you Dr.Kelly and all the staff!!

Dr. Kelley and his staff have been wonderful throughout our daughter's journey with braces! She had a unique situation which involved starting at an early age. Dr. Kelley is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! He has explained every step of the process, discussed our options and referred us to trusted specialists as needed. Every member of the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. There are several orthodontists closer, but we choose to travel to Dr. Kelley for his expertise!

I came in initially for my twin 10 year olds, and ended up in braces myself. Seeing how extensive the evaluation was on my children, I decided to come back and have my mouth evaluation. Dr Kelley measured and asked what I thought were completely random questions and ended up identifying the root cause of my migraines! I was in braces within a week and after only 2 months in- my migraines are gone 🥹 It’s been my teeth all along! Also, I have always joked with my sister that we have crooked smiles, but as it turns out, we just had crooked teeth. We both spent so much time in braces in our teen years, and our teeth appeared straight, but after going over the x-rays and listening to Dr. Kelley, I recognize that our teeth were not straight after all, and we are now in the process of fixing the mess the original orthodontist caused. To say, I recommend this place would be an understatement. When I walk in, I feel like I am part of a family. The way they talk and treat everyone is equal, no matter the color or income level. The stories I have heard from employees about how well they are treated by the doctor, stories from a patient who has been seen by Dr. Kelley for cleft palate since she was a child, and now, stories of my own, I will recommend Dr. Kelley to any and everybody who will listen to me. If I could give extra stars to make up for the poor reviews, I absolutely would. Never have I experienced such care from a medical office than I have here. ❤️

We could not have asked for a better orthodontic experience! My daughter just completed 19 years of orthodontic work with Dr Kelley. He and his staff have been phenomenal!! Praises to God the most High, & thank you so much to everyone! She received her forever smile today! Highly highly recommend!!

We just started our third child in braces with Dr. Kelley. His office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Kelley and assistants are great.
