I had never stepped foot in an orthodontist’s office before today, and my experience at City View Orthodontics exceeded my expectations. Sam truly blew me away with both her professionalism and warm personality. Days before my appointment, Sam called to walk me through exactly how the visit would go and what I should expect. I had follow-up questions and wasn’t sure if my insurance would cover braces. She reassured me that she would double-check and promised to let me know the morning of my appointment. My appointment was scheduled early in the morning, and true to her word, I received a text early that morning to confirm that I was covered by insurance. That level of communication and follow-through really stood out to me. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist was very welcoming and checked me in quickly. Shortly after, Sam called me back and explained each step of the process. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked in often to make sure I was doing okay. The process was quick, easy, and seamless. Sam also has such a great personality and conversation style, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. After meeting with Dr. Malhotra and discussing the next steps, I felt well informed about what to expect as I begin my braces journey. Dr. Malhotra explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions with care and understanding. He really took the time to address my concerns and explain how he can help me achieve the alignment I am after. I spoke with Sam about payment and insurance. She was incredibly helpful, broke everything down clearly, and answered all of my remaining questions. I left feeling confident, informed, and genuinely excited that I chose City View Orthodontics. I highly recommend them, and if you get the chance to meet Dr. Malhotra and Sam, you’re in great hands!
