Just found out today that they sent my info to a debt collector. Service done for my child in Sept 2024 and paid in full, with remaining balance for insurance. THEN I get a bill in December 2025 saying there is remaining balance. Mind you, this is during busy Christmas season with travels. I check on the patient portal later that month and it then says the patient balance is $0.00. So I think it was an error? NO ONE from the office ever contacted me about a remaining balance -- only through an automated bill generator. My child has seen them for follow ups during and after with absolutely NO MENTION of a balance due. And YET, I get a debt collector asking for payment past due now in July 2026? WOW. such professionalism, so BEWARE!!!!! Thankfully, it's not an issue that I cannot pay and will pay the debt collector they sold my "delinquent" bill to. It was the issue that I NEVER KNEW that there was anything left to pay since the final bill in December 2025 was $0.00. SO BEWARE CURRENT AND FUTURE PATIENTS!!!!

Dr Malhotra is amazing. He is so nice and even explains or asks me questions when I’m at the visits with my daughter which is so nice. Marlene is very sweet and takes great care of my daughter and also takes time to answer any questions that I may have. It is very refreshing to come to the office now and that is great! Thank you all so much!

This was our first time working with Jose. He was very helpful and patient with my child. He made it a very smooth and pleasant experience. Dr. Malhotra is always wonderful and kind. I am glad I went with this office.

Always an amazing experience! They make you feel welcomed and are very kind. I especially enjoy seeing Samantha when I am there she is always very honest and straightforward with what she is doing, and how my treatment is coming along!

Dr Malhotra is amazing! My daughter had to have double jaw surgery and her craniofacial team said he was amazing at communicating with them and doing everything that needed to be done on his end in a quick and timely manner! My daughter loves him and I am a fan as well. Couldn’t recommend any higher! Thank you Dr Malhotra for being so supportive during all of Charlie’s procedures!
